Purchasing the product online on the 24th was simple enough. I chose the next day delivery option.
I have yet to receive the product, todaybeingthe 26th. Granted, the 'Next Day' was Christmas Day, but the product was a Christmas gift, so was disappointed that it didn't arrive, but understand that it wasn't delivered the next day, 25th.
Perhaps the company should have put up an advisory about no guarantees for a 25th December delivery.

To confirm, we did receive your order on the evening of December 23rd, and we dispatched it promptly on the 24th, within our usual cut-off time.
We also upgraded your delivery to Royal Mail Special Delivery, at no additional cost, ensuring it would arrive on the first day of Royal Mail deliveries, which is Saturday the 27th of December, (pre-9am). We had every intention of getting your pieces to you as quickly as possible.

Lovely item
Lovely item, beautifully made. My grandson, just aged 2, immediately engaged with it, as did several of the adults at his birthday party! Could be a desk toy for grown-ups. Gorgeous gift wrapping too.

What a lovely company!
The jigsaw is simply beautiful. Well made with lovely smooth edges. It arrived so quickly, wrapped beautifully and with a card all about the woods used in the puzzle. I would definitely buy from them again.
