Received a shark aerial antenna that did not fit my car.
Contacted company by email requesting returns policy.
Received prompt email from customer service with the most complex returns policy I have ever seen.
The packaging the antenna was sent in was really poor just 2 plastic bags in a poor plastic envelope.
I was told the return had to be sent to a specific address in the USA at a cost of £14.00 approximately. The Antenna cost was less than that.
The most annoying thing for my part is I thought I was buying from a company in the UK but any return had to be sent to the USA!!!!!!!
I would certainly avoid this company

The product is not fit for purpose. Does not do what it’s supposed to do. It’s the inserts so you don’t loose anything between the seats. They don’t stay in place making them useless. The return policy is terrible

Purchased seat fillers for my Hyundai i30 and they did not fit. Communication to this lot is a non starter , avoid them like the plague.A complete waste of space.

Joke of a company definitely not in the uk and the item I ordered was noting like what actually arrived, proper scam website!!!!!

Bought gap blockers to fill the spaces beside the front seats - they took ages to arrive and were cheap looking and a poor fit. I've messaged the company *five times* for details on how to return for a refund as promised in their advert but had no reply - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

What a scam, no order delivered, when I asked for a refund I was told no. They then proceeded to threaten legal action if I disputed payment with my bank. Thankfully ny bank have recognised this to be a scam.

Bought the shark fin atenna. The fixing kit is useless. I asked for a refund and was instructed to return the item to Switzerland. Making the return more exspensive than the item. The items they are selling is cheaply made in China tat. Buy nothing from this rip off company. They are based in China and will send you useless unusable crap.

They do not deliver the manufacturer and model specific dash mounts for the phone holder. The phone holder itself is fine, but it does not come with all the dash mounts advertised. They then try to make you pay to return the item, even though they haven't delivered what was promised. They ignore complaints, and then threaten you with unjustified legal action about being fraudulant should you seek a refund through your card provider. Completely unprofessional and fundamentally guilty of false advertisment.

Really poor quality gap blocker for filling the seat gap. Bad fit even though I order for my specific car (BMW). The little storage slots are crushed in the seat gap.
The car make badge on this item is poor quality and will peel off in time.
Asked for a return and refund and received an email with a list of conditions as long as your arm, as well a non UK address as you are lead to believe they're UK based.
Do not use if I were you!
They trade under Autocare.uk, but are actually Autovia uk and not based in the UK.

Purchased some stick on car sil protectors and found them to be of a really poor quality. They wouldn’t stick very well to either the metal or the plastic. Adhesive is very poor despite the advertising. The company states the products are in the UK but want you to send it to America for a refund. They also stated on the website, they have a trust pilot score of 4. Looks more like a 1 to me. Stay well clear.

Ordered a phone holder that is advertised with mounting clips for your brand of car since 1999, It comes with a bracket that clips to a flimsy air vent , I have emailed the company and not received a reply ,the product is ok but the advertising is a scam

The marketing is misleading and creates an inaccurate impression of the product’s quality and performance In addition the seller has been unresponsive to customer concerns. I reached out for support but received no reply, and there was no alternative contact method provided. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

Should have done my research first (a lesson now learnt). The positive (hence the one star) was that the product (car sill stickers) arrived in a timely manner. However that's where it ends. For the cost I didn't expect a quality product even though that is what it is described, but it didn't fit!!
On messaging to return the item what I received is the most obvious reason why not to send it back. I can only describe the procedure to return the item as beyond belief including returning the item to the USA!!!!
I could go on but for any other person not wanting to be taken as a mug DO NOT purchase anything from this company or do so at you peril.

Shark? Antenna took an age to be delivered, when arrived had no fixing kit so I fitted it the way the advertised method using my own nut and bolt,reception was to say the least dire,the double sided tape supplied wouldn't stick an ant down, message sent to them and guess what, no response, be better with a coat hanger stuck in instead. Absolutely garbage.

The holder its self great, but total false advertising, you get NO KIT with it, total lie. You contact them and basically get told you dont get a kit, and they dont have them, but clearly says in advert they do, mine wont fit my Mercedes with bracket they sent. I contacted them again and they said return it to America, where im in UK, and returns says if opened wont fet refund. Obviously you have to open to see if it fits, then sent an email to suppose to be Claire at Customer support, she then just ignores emails, asking why false advertising and not even offered some refund. Con- merchants STAY WELL AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, better off going to a UK market stall and buy one. 12/04/26

I ordered this for my BMW. What was delivered was just a phone mount with a rubbish vent clip, there were no vehicle specific mounting adapters.
Autovia.UK sounds like a UK company but it isn't. The product ships from China, and if you complain, you get an automated email response telling you to return the product, at your own cost, to some anonymous postal box in America.
I have tried to sort this over email, but they just keep denying that they sent the wrong item.

I wish there was a No Star option.
I foolishly opted for the T70 phone mount. The advertised bespoke mount is utterly useless - just a generic vent mount that doesn’t fit not fit my car. The refund process is ludicrous - my own expense to return the item to Albuquerque. Google street view shows an apartment building - no business premises apparent. So I’ve spent £25 to line some scumbag’s pocket. Not my finest hour. Avoid this Shower of Scammers like the plague.

Autocare uk are a scam company . Sent me the wrong colour and model without the fitting kit . Their passive aggressive response email asked me to return to address in USA aberquerque as tracked delivery at my cost . Total piss take . Product took two weeks from China . They are not UK based at all .

As per other comments, the phone mount does not come with a specific mount for a particular brand of car. It’s a universal spring loaded clamp which fits to air vent grill. Which is not what I wanted or expected. Their returns procedure makes it virtually impossible to return the item. They advertise as AUTOCARE UK which is not their trading name & why you can’t find them to read reviews.

Misleading advertising..phone mount does not come with a variety of brand specific mountings as advertised- it comes with a single basic universal vent clamp, as others have also confirmed.
The returns policy is so complex (and your cost) that it’s clearly been concocted to deter people claiming refunds for the overpriced rubbish that they’ve been knowingly miss sold.
Rubbish product, rubbish “customer service” with a ridiculous returns policy.
