Top quality, solid oak furniture.
Very high quality piece of furniture, with a beautiful sheen. The sideboard is very solid & 100% light oak. It was fully assembled apart from the handles. We will definitely purchase again from Oak&More.

Parven Herringbone Large TV Cabinet, AVOID!
We have had 3 lots of furniture from Oak&More, despite the experience of the first two being good our most recent experience was extremely poor and will not be buying from Oak&More again.
Ordered a Parven Herringbone Large TV Cabinet and sadly the item delivered looked far from the example in the website photos. The Herringbone pattern didn't match across the item. Looked like the centre drawer was from a different item and didn't match the doors either side.
Overall it looked mismatched and poorly manufactured.
Given that we had waited 12 weeks from order to delivery I expected more from customer service.
Contacted Oak&More to be told in quite a dismissive way "it's likely they will be the same so no point sending you a replacement" We can offer you £50 discount as a gesture of good will (equivalent to around 10%)
Left us no option but arrange to return for refund which didn't include the delivery cost.
No effort to put it right or alternative item offered as a replacement.
Waited 12 weeks for a TV unit and back to square one, ordered a replacement from Oak Furniture Land in the end.
Over all very poor experience and will not be choosing Oak&More again 👎

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We are genuinely sorry that your most recent experience did not meet your expectations, particularly as you have previously purchased from us on multiple occasions and were happy with those orders.
We do, however, feel it is important to clarify that the TV cabinet delivered was not actually faulty and it was fit for purpose. The concern raised related specifically to the direction and alignment of the herringbone pattern on one of the doors, which perhaps is more evident as you have multiple items from this range already. Following your feedback, our customer service advisor discussed the matter with our warehouse team, who checked another TV Cabinet from the same production batch and confirmed that they displayed the same pattern characteristics.
For this reason, we advised that a replacement unit would be unlikely to resolve the concern and could potentially result in the same outcome after another lengthy wait. Rather than offer an alternative solution that we did not believe would improve the situation, we increased our goodwill offer to £100, not £50, in recognition of your disappointment. Unfortunately, this offer was declined, and you asked for a return and refund only, which we arranged accordingly.
Regarding the delivery charge, the refund applied to the TV cabinet itself. The original delivery charge covered a larger order that was split into multiple deliveries at our expense, with the rest of the furniture being delivered and kept. As such, the delivery service associated with the wider order had already been fulfilled.
We fully appreciate your custom and are grateful that you chose Oak&More for a lot of your furniture. Doing so, reflects the quality of the products you have received from us previously, which makes it all the more disappointing that we could not reach a resolution that satisfied you on this occasion. We will always work with our customers, and this you will see is evident in the thousands of our reviews. We will do what we can to manage expectations, provide honesty and transparency, and require a customer to also work with us to reach a suitable outcome, which we appreciate in some cases is not always possible.
While we respect your decision, we are sorry that this experience has left you feeling let down and we wish you all the best with your new furniture.

Quality product. Good communication regarding delivery from order. Additionally services available ( at extra cost, for unpacking and putting item in room of requirement. Paid to have item put in room of choice, which I would have struggled on my own.

Very happy customer
I ordered the Bampton glazed cabinet in soft green. The quality of this piece is first rate and the soft green looks well in my diner and also blends with the grey kitchen units. I knew the dimensions of shelves and drawer before ordering,not all firms supply these, so I was able to fit everything in. The delivery company were communicative and efficient. Wished we had had the unwrapping service though for such a large piece as it was super well wrapped!

Overall the process was good
Overall the process was good. Had great communicaton when asking questions on their website chat. The dresser was delivered and packed really well to protect it. We are very happy with it.
My only negative was that I had to chase them to find out when it was being delivered. But to their credit, they replied instantly and organised the delivery straight away.

Slight discrepancy with what was stated online as regards stock and delivery date however one quick phonecall to their customer services sorted it out and even enabled me to allow them to leave the items in a safe place as I wasn't going to be able to be in attendance at the property.
