The Felton wall units are great
The Felton wall units are great, well made, look lovley, nice shade of grey. The delivery lads were great and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

We where keep informed of delivery…
We where keep informed of delivery dates, had messages on the day with a time window, then messages to apologies that the delivery had been held up and they where running late.
When the delivery did arrive it was early evening, they were very apologetic and explained what had happened, they carried the products into the room of our choice and explained about how to unpack it .
Unfortunately we had a small stain on the front side of one of the units, we emailed and received a reply in 24 hours. Options were given for a replacement or part refund.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Loved the oak furniture we ordered. Long lead in time but website confirmed this. In between we moved house and informed Oak and More who confirmed they had received new address. On day of delivery the delivery company hadn't been informed of new address so delivered to old address. We had to attend and manually move the furniture 0.5 miles to new address. Upon opening the chest of drawers we noticed a massive crack down the side. On reflection the top of the box was loose. We then had to wait in another weekend while they collected items. I cancelled order. So disappointed. Full refund given.

Whilst damage can occasionally occur in transit, this is unfortunately beyond our direct control. However, when issues like this arise, we always aim to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. In this instance, we would have welcomed the opportunity to put things right by arranging a replacement for the damaged item, but unfortunately we were not afforded that opportunity as your preference was to cancel the order and receive a refund.
We fully respected your decision and acted promptly to arrange collection of the furniture and process a full refund without delay. Whilst we appreciate that this did not change the disappointment caused, we believe it was important to honour your wishes and bring the matter to a swift conclusion.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and have helped thousands of customers furnish their homes successfully. Although damage in transit can sometimes happen, our team is always committed to resolving such issues quickly, whether through replacement items, exchanges, partial refunds, or other suitable solutions.
We are genuinely sorry that this purchase did not work out as intended and thank you for your feedback, which helps us continue to improve both our processes and those of our delivery partners.

Really quick service we ordered in may not expecting the furniture till September so really please it's arrived early only thing I was disappointed in there's a knot in top but it's wood so I suppose it's ok I try to cover with a ornament now i found a screw hole on the good side I now waiting to see what going to happen spoke to oakandmore on phone they going to exchange my furniture

Regarding the screw hole, we would appreciate looking into this further. Lovely furniture- decent price
Ordered 4 items after visiting their Peterborough showroom. Decent price although I had to push quite hard to get a better deal.
The furniture itself is really lovely. Beautifully finished and very attractive. Not massively chunky or heavy for oak so hopefully it will be solid enough for regular use.
Unfortunately one wardrobe was damaged, which was surprising because the packaging was really well protected. After a few photos uploaded to their website (not the easiest process tbh) I got a call the same day to arrange a replacement which arrived two days later.
So, damaged goods (which can happen to any company) and awkward website aside, we really love the furniture and would use this company again.
