I ordered a glass dining table
I ordered a glass dining table. Arrived on time and well packaged. It was a bit pricey for delivery c.£40 to central london but when I called they said they would assemble on arrival. That did not happen and when I called they told me I was not given correct info by agent. Its fine. I am so pleased that the table did not arrived cracked and it was well packaged.

Only one word - WOW
Only one word - WOW! A little hiccup with delivery as i wasn’t able to take the first date offered but the next available was a Sunday! Amazing! Two guys delivered it and were lovely and very careful - credit to the delivery firm. Now the dining set! Im unsure what i expected but this set is real marble and other than attaching the table top the chairs came ready assembled! I was in tears it is so beautiful. The quality is outstanding , i cannot stop looking at it. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. I have recommended Oak & More to family and friends and am now looking at other items to buy! Thank you.

The delivery drivers stunk of body…
The delivery drivers stunk of body odour both times and never offered to put over shoes on before entering my home. The bench had to be replaced it looked like it had already been sent back and repackaged and resent out looking at the state of the cardboard box it came in.
After reading response to may review I need to add that my issues were mainly due to a third party poor delivery service and my issues with the furniture were acted upon promptly and to my satisfaction.

We would like to clarify that the delivery service was carried out by BJS Logistics, an independent third-party courier. That said, we fully appreciate your comments regarding the drivers' hygiene and their failure to respect your request to wear shoe coverings before entering your home. This is a reasonable request that should be respectfully accommodated wherever possible, and we will be passing your feedback directly to BJS Logistics for investigation and review.
We are also sorry that the original bench did not arrive in the condition expected. However, we would like to reassure you that all furniture supplied by Oak & More is brand new. We do not sell second-hand, returned, or refurbished items. Using the photographs you provided, we have raised the matter with our manufacturer.
Having reviewed your order, we can see that a replacement was arranged promptly and delivered successfully, resolving the issue to your satisfaction. Whilst we completely understand your initial disappointment, the concerns raised relate largely to matters outside of our direct control, and we are pleased that the product issue itself was resolved as quickly as possible.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us monitor both our own standards and those of our delivery partners.
Sturdy chest of drawers.
We're very pleased with our oak chest of drawers from Oak&More. It looks beautiful in our bedroom, with a lovely solid oak finish and excellent build quality. It feels sturdy and offers plenty of storage. The furniture looks even better than it did online. Excellent service – we would happily buy from Oak & More again.

Never buy from this company again 1200…
Never buy from this company again 1200 for two sets of draws then I noticed these marks comming through the paintwork looks like when you paint and it runs its clear liquid so having had them just over 6 months I complained and their answer was its up to me to prove theirs a fault my other draws are fine but these ones look terrible you don't see it till you get right up to them but I'm really annoyed with tge company didn't have the curtisousy to contact me back after I complained I had to chase them up today never buy from.them again what happened to appears years warranty with shop most shops when you buy you get a year not 6 months so when buying be carefull

We would also like to clarify that whilst your furniture benefits from a manufacturer's warranty, customers are also governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where an issue is reported more than six months after delivery, the Act requires evidence to be provided that the fault was inherent at the time the goods were supplied. In these circumstances, it is standard practice to request an independent inspection report.
Should an independent report confirm a manufacturing fault, we would reimburse the full cost of the report and work with you to resolve the matter as quickly and smoothly as possible. We always aim to reach a fair resolution with our customers and ask that they work with us throughout this process.
We are also sorry if you felt you had to chase for a response. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we would like the opportunity to review what happened here once we have your order details.
Please contact us directly and we will gladly look into the matter further to establish whether there is anything more we can do to assist.
