Failed delivery the two man team basically did not even try to make the delivery when a suggestion was put to them they would come out with another excuse not to even try to make a attempt to make the deliveries that was the second team as well we were looking forward to having the wardrobe in our bedroom and we were bitterly disappointed with your delivery teams effort and refusal personally I think you as a company should change your delivery company

We have reviewed the delivery and can confirm that two separate delivery attempts were made. Unfortunately, on both occasions, access issues meant that our delivery teams were unable to safely complete the delivery. We appreciate this is frustrating, and we do understand your disappointment.
We will always work with our courier partner to try to find a way to complete a delivery wherever possible. Unfortunately, in this instance, the access into the property, combined with the dimensions of the packaged wardrobe (which are listed on our website), made it extremely difficult to safely complete the delivery on either occasion.
While we cannot go into the full details via a public review response, we hope this provides some clarification that attempts were made to complete the delivery, rather than it simply being refused.
We have also tried to contact you directly so that we can discuss the situation further and look at the best way to get your furniture delivered.
Excellent furniture
Delivery was as expected and the items unpacked and packaging removed. Furniture appears excellent quality. 2 small shelves in the dresser were missing, but dispatched later. Only reason for 4 stars was that the dresser came in as two very heavy units and we were left to arrange placing one on top of the other, which required paying for two strong guys to accomplish.

Fantastic Quality, Excellent Service & Great Experience
Wanted to buy some furniture to our new home and saw some fantastic options online and went all the way from Scarborough to the Rotherham outlet to get an idea about the built quality and get the full experience. We were welcomed by Troy and he was a pleasant guy committed to what he does, knowledgeable and have been in the field for a while. He showed us around the store and explored our options and helped us to select items that we really loved. The store manager and everyone else was super supportive and tried their best to get everything right. We were impressed with the quality and after sales warranty given to us and the fact they take care of the furniture for 7 years for a very reasonable amount. They do premium delivery options were they assemble all your furniture and remove all the clutter, and have excellent finance options to manage expenses effortlessly. Overall very satisfied with the services provided by the Oak&More team. Cheers

First class product and service at an excellent price
We ordered a kitchen dresser in mid August and it was delivered within the stated time, when we unboxed it we were so pleased, the quality is excellent, the colour - mid grey- really looks good. Excellent value for money and very well made. No hesitation in recommending. Queried one thing( paint colour code) withcustomer service and information was sent through post haste. Our experience was nothing but positive.

Oak and more Great, Delivery definitely POOR
Bought 3 sofas from Oak and More and great service even after having to return one due to there rubbish contracted delivery service BJS.
That's what has let it down for me.
The delivery company and there delivery drivers are poorly trained in how to move items.
I would not recommend the delivery company.
Also very hard as such a language barrier.
If Oak and more had there own delivery drivers I would buy from them again.

Great service and products
Great communication , nothing is a problem. My first chest of drawers had a manufacturing fault, so they exchanged it straight away. Only waited 2 weeks for the next one. Which is perfect. I changed it for a different one. 2 delivery me took the old one away, removed packaging of new one, put in place for me. So easy

I am absolutely delighted with my Rosa Desk from Oak & More, also top marks to them for the best packaging ever, a lot of thought went into that.
The delivery men carried my desk upstairs for me to unpack.
I’ve not had time to set up my craft room yet as just moved into a new build, all my relatives and friends have mentioned the desk and how classy it looks.
