A decent 4g network with really great, fast coverage. I've used only for data for my mobile router and got great speeds for that.

For me the 4g data coverage is by far the best in my area (East Belfast). No issues with call quality or text either. I've had to call customer service twice and they have been really quick and helpful both times. Stunned I am. Never had good service twice in a row from any mobile company, most can't even do once.

I had a problem with porting in my phone number to now mobile. I submitted the form on their site with the requested info, but the port didn't go through on the day I expected it to, so I emailed their customer services. Ismail was very helpful and aranged for the first months service to be refunded back to my card for the inconvenience. once he'd submitted the port for me it went through without a hitch and my numbers successfully working on now mobile now, with no problems

Hi my name is Salman. I am a user of nowmobile. Its a very good company with great and affordbale monthly bundles. It has the best rates for calling abroad. I didn't faced any connectivity issue while using this. Its a best network ever with a wonderful and supporting customer support team. I talked to Mr Ahmed, he is a very cooperative and highly professional related to his work. During our conversation he poiny out my issue well and gave me the best and suitable solution.

I cannot even activate this service. The sim took over 10 days to arrive, but that was probably due to the postal strikes. Then there was literally no signal when I put it in one of my phones. Back and forth with Ismail, he was very helpful, but didn't resolve the issue so I renewed with GiffGaff. I tried the sim again in my other mobile and I got a great signal, but it wasn't activated, even though I'm sure I activated it the first time I tried previously as I logged into the website using the number/puk as directed in the sim pack. I have been unable to get back into my account and the signal bars still have a line through them so to date, since 4 January, I have not been able to use this service. I tried contacting Now via the website form 2 days ago and have yet to receive a further response. Safe to say 'now' should be renamed to 'not any time soon'!! I am now going to try Three.
Thanks for your reply, but I did check the coverage using the signal checker provided by Ofcom and it shows good coverage here. Unless your sim cards only work on 5g (which isn't here yet) which is unlikely, it shouldn't be a problem.

I had been with now mobile many years ago. I only moved away from them due to having talktalk broadband and getting a mobile phone package with them. I recently decided to come back, and have to say what a Superb service they offer. I have chosen a great plan for my needs, discounted for three months and my mobile number was ported in to them in Super quick time. Anyone thinking of moving over to them should do so as you won't be disappointed. Many thanks Now Mobile.

I have 2 sims from this company and they are a joke they lie about the unlimited plan i live in a area where we haven't been updated to high speed broadband. Broadband speed can be as low as 1.5 or 1.8 mbps so after checking EE 4g is the fastest most reliable way to get reasonable internet for my boys to go online so after searching i found that now use EE i have been using them for about 3 months and it has been horrendous they are by no means unlimited they cut you off after around 100 to 120gb download and you have to contact them to get back online. In they past they would restart the internet and give you a small amount of data but now they tell you the system has detected commercial use and has stopped your data i have questioned them on what is commercial use of what is the limit or could they tell me what the cap is set at for what they say is unlimited and they just mumble and stutter at the other end of the phone line.BE WARNED THEY ARE BY NO MEANS UNLIMITED AND THEY WILL ACCUSE YOU OF COMMERCIAL USE

Complete scam. I have an unlimited plan with them. After a week internet stopped working and my £20 credit was gone. I called customer service and they just told me to restart my phone and everything would be solved. Two days later same problem same solution. And again a day after that. Finally internet stopped working an evening, out of costumer service hours. The next day when I called I was told that the company's policy allows up to 120Gb of data per month and that I had used them up. THIS IS NOT AN UNLIMITED PLAN. Nowhere on their website, when I requested the Sim, was there stated a data cap. Customer service simply suggested to call every time my £20 credit finishes and have them top up my Sim. It's simply ridiculous to have to call every couple of days to have the service working, expecially considering I need internet to work and customer service isn't available 24/7.

I fancied switching network to a company running on the EE network. Now Mobile looked good, and needing a good amount of data, their monthly auto-renew ‘Unlimited Data’ plan called Data Now £12.5 seemed perfect.
However, a few weeks in, my mobile data service stopped working. I called Customer Services and was bluntly told “you’ve used up your 120GB data allowance for the month”.
“No” I said, I am on the ‘Unlimited Data’ plan.
And this is when the story unravelled.
Now Mobile actively markets a product they call ‘Unlimited Data’ but really, I am told by Customer Services, this is a 120GB/month plan.
Utterly shocking tactic. Nowhere in Now Mobile’s advert for the ‘Unlimited Data’ plan does it actually say this is really a 120GB plan we have falsely dressed up to mislead customers.
Nowhere in their T&C’s does it mention ‘Unlimited’ is actually 120GB.
Nowhere in their Fair Usage information on their website does it specify this.
Ok, so I understand some sort of a cap has to be put on ‘Unlimited’. A reasonable, objective person might say this should be in the region of 600-1,000GB per month.
But to actively market another product with a 100GB data limit: Data Now £10 - which is clear to prospective customers what the real data allowance is - and then add a little extra cost per month, slap on an ‘Unlimited Data’ badge, and sell it but in reality only slightly up the real data allowance by an extra 20GB, is outright misleading.
The Customer Service agent I spoke to was quite clear that the fact I had bought an ‘Unlimited Data’ plan, and that Now Mobile was really only going to provide 120GB, was my problem. Apparently I should have asked Now Mobile before signing up if they were really going to provide the service I had bought! I should run along, do as I’m told, and accept the fact I bought a lie and will not be receiving a refund or apology.
So now I have warmed up my keyboard writing this review, I think I will head over to the Advertising Standards Authority’s website and file a report.
Doh, their page won’t load - I must have ran out of data…

There isn't a single part of my experience with NowMobile that hasn't been an absolute shambles.
Try to order a sim - it says it needs a 'one time password' - nothing ever comes through, no matter what device I use. And no, it's not in my junk email!
Called them up to order a sim. They took my address and said a Sim will be on its way. Nothing ever came. Tried again a fortnight later. Nothing came. Tried again another week later. Finally a sim card was delivered. No one ever had any response to the fact the one time password on the website doesn't actually work!
Open the sim and it says to put in nowmobile co uk/go .....the page doesn't exist - 404 error! Great start.
Tried to purchase one of the pay monthly plans. I got a message saying "You have topped up 12.50 pounds." (oh, so just a top up?).
Tried to log in to the site to see if it's possible to access my balance somehow - it says email verification is required.....but no email was ever sent through to my email address. There's no option to re-send verification email.
Called them up and asked what to do - they said clear my cookies and cache and try again. Did this. Same message. Tried it on a laptop I'd never used to go on their website before....same message. Nothing to do with cookies and cache.
Called again. Had to repeat myself several times because the guy couldn't hear me, yet it was obvious he was out in somewhere really windy!! Told it was my cookies and cache again. I told him it literally cannot be. Told "I'll ask our technical team to look into it" and they'll "call back in a few hours."
I am persisting because £12.50 for 'unlimited data' on EE's network is definitely worth getting - if it works. I'm aware it's actually just 120GB per month (not sure how they're allowed to call it that despite the fact it doesn't state anything about it being capped, or even any mention of a fair usage policy when you look on their website) which is still a good deal - but based on my experience with EVERY SINGLE THING not working as it's supposed to, I'm not convinced it's worth the effort.
I can only imagine how fun it's going to be when I come to needing to get a refund it nothing turns out to work properly!
Owners of NowMobile - pull it together. If you'd like to hire me to help advise on how to make a good user experience, get in touch. Because it's clear noone has quality controlled any step of your process!

I wasn't sure what to expect from Now Mobile after reading the reviews, however, I am pleasantly surprised. I ordered a SIM online for free, it arrived within two days. The website says that Now Mobile shares EE's mobile network, I can confirm the coverage and service is excellent compared to the other networks like O2 and Voda, just a lot cheaper than being on EE. The big bonus for me is I don't have to use an App or carry another phone to call Australia... Thumbs up for me!!

I didn't expect I have to start a new year (1/1/2022) with this bad experience with now mobile. The now mobile website says the NOW UK unlimited bundle for £12.5 with unlimited data, text and voice for 30 days. I paid £12.5 and I got the receipt of "You have successfully purchased a plan £12.50,Plan Name:Now UKUNLIMITED ." But as I login to my account, I just see I have 4000MB allowance, 200min voice and 200 texts. Which is not what I paid for. At first I thought it's just display bugs, but I tried it's just has 4000MB as I tried this plan out by seeing a couple of hours of movie/youtube, the data cut off after 4000MB, not unlimited. I sent the email to customer service, I have no reply just yet. I understand that it's new year holiday, but this is really a bad experience. Refund wanted.

Phoned customer service and the team member said there's a limit of 4000MB per day. Well, that's not unlimited means! Which is misleading! There is no mention of data capping on the website unlike other plans.

customer service agreed to refund however they insist on the need for a daily cap. Well, I'm ok with the refund, but for other customers, if there is a cap, that means it's just a 120GB, 6000 minutes and 6000 text plan rather than an unlimited plan. Don't be misled by the word "unlimited".
At first great, but further down the line, pile of W*#K, rude, unhelpful and ignorant customer service, issue after issue and they make out it’s your fault, point the blame at the phone itself. Absolute nightmare, will be leaving these and joining a more reputable network.
