I did not receive the first SIM card when I ordered online. After 15 days I contatced the Customer Services and Ismail kindly ordered a replacement, that arrived in 5 working days and also refunded me the £4.50 from the original purchase. Also as a gesture of goodwill I was give a £5 credit for the inconvenience, which was very helpful. The customer service are very quick to resolve any issues with automated online ordrering and very courteous and will go the extra mile. Apart from this slight glitch (which was not any one person's fault) the service is second to none and highly reccomended as a service provider.

Paid £10 for a plan in advance (before the sim even arrived) and lo and behold, no SIM card turned up. Doesn’t appear to be the first time this has happened looking at other reviews. During this wait time, I had to keep paying my current provider for another month, so was out of pocket. I had to ask now mobile for a refund and cancel the switch over.
Now mobile: you need to do what giff gaff does and send the SIM cards to your customers BEFORE they register them and post sims in good time! i.e within 2-3 days! Stupid system

Have been using now mobile for over 1 year now. It’s an amazing network where it provides fast and efficient service to my mobile phone. I prefer the option of the bundles which are always on great offers, to being on a yearly contract.

I subscribed to Now Mobile network in 2014, and to date I have found their services quite reliable. Strong signal, competitive rate to Nigeria, reliable customer service. I use their services only for international calls and have found that this has helped me keep my international phone costs under control.

Topping up online is a nightmare with a voucher number, even worse when trying to renew bundle. Website constantly shows error, when trying to renew a bundle, cannot renew through the helpline either, no option to do it either on your online account. Old number is still showing on my account despite porting in a different number, which then is showing no account information whatsoever.
I really liked this mobile operator, but now they are making things so difficult I am seriously thinking of leaving, saying that I cannot even do that because i get invalid number when requesting a pac code, I am not calling customer services everytime I need to renew a bundle this is pathetic, do not choose this operator. It's shocking and the customer service agents on the phone can hardly speak English and cannot understand them. Had enough with this.

Those days really hard to find and good and reliable and customer service some of them have to wait 30 to 60 minutes just to talk 2 minutes but I finally found now mobile where customer service and support unbelievable specially with ismile young’s he help every time I face or issue with my service he fix the issue within 1 hours, I recommend if you are looking for cheap and trustworthy now mobile best at this cost crisis living.

Congratulations on your new look website. It looks good but I believe it hides your massive price increases.
You say enjoy fixed UK prices for 2023. At first, I thought you had fixed 2022 prices for 2023 but on investigation I see that what you really mean is enjoy these prices for the next 8 months. Comparing 2022 plans with your new 2023 plans I see that you have massively increased the cost of the plans.
I see that you no longer offer unlimited data on PAYG that last year cost £25. You offer unlimited data on a monthly plan at a cost of £35 per month. Your terms and conditions state that an acceptable usage policy applies. Your acceptable usage policy is 200 GB. Last year I was disconnected on an unlimited plan after 250 GB. So, your unlimited data plan is actually limited to 200 GB per month. 200 GB is a miserly data cap and can be used up in a month very easily using 6 GB per day. Other networks have a fair use policy of between truly unlimited, 1000 GB or even 600 GB. My average daily use is 7GB per day just streaming youtube, netflix etc.
Your website is misleading. Sometimes you state that you do not throttle or have a DAILY cap but in big font you have below.
