Lizzie Long is brilliant!
Highly recommend Novuna, especially the lovely Lizzie Long. It was the first time sourcing a car through our company car scheme & she was brilliant! Really knowledgeable, gave me options & worked with my budget and made the whole things really simple. She was also very patient with all my questions (there were a lot!) thanks Lizzie.

Lukas made the whole process so easy and straight forward from start to finish.
Contacting me via email with links to see what my vehicle options were and then to arrange a call once I decided which car to go for.
Lukas then talked me through my options on the pros and cons of each model type, exterior colour, trim etc and total cost and just made the whole process so easy, thank you Novuna and especially to Lukas! :-)

Fantastic customer support
After a couple of calls to help with returning my vehicle, I am happy to report that I have received exemplary customer service with each call. The service agents (Michelle, Ashley and one other whose name I didn’t catch) explained everything clearly and thoroughly and were incredibly helpful in a situation that without this level of support would have been stressful
