The experince has been smooth
The experince has been smooth, communcation and been regular and clear. The Delivery of the vehicle was very impressive and the chap was in constant communication throughout the day. The car was delayed being released in Swindon which ment the delivery wasn't until 6:45pm at night, the driver changed the planned and delivered to my home address, which i though was expectional service. it was clear he simply wanted to go the extra mile and out of his way to do so. when he arrived very late on a Friday, he wasn't rusted and gave me his full time and attention, again showing he really care about making sure i was happy and been show the car fully. it was a rare experience to meet a chap genuniely concerned that i received the best service and experience. I am extremely happy with the car and the service i have received from the Novuna team.

Great, quick customer service and easy to understand
I just wanted to pay my Road Fund License balance amount which Ash helped me pay very swiftly and professionally. She patiently explained the procedure for payment and how I would receive a payment receipt via email, which I received promptly as well. Great service and I have been with Novuna for over 3 years now.

Breakdown and Recovery
2.5 hours after reporting the breakdown the car was being collected and I was on my way home in an Uber. The only thing was them being unable to deliver a hire car on a Sunday. Taking a taxi an hour out of my way to collect one from Birmingham airport wasn't suitable. I was happy with the alternative of RAC getting me an Uber home.
