Lovely service with good communication in a timely manner
Rajitha and Sadham both worked to give weekly updates, answering extra questions in a timely fashion and giving updates as and when they occurred. When Rajitha was on holiday he had someone continue to keep me updated on the progress of my house purchase.
Nova made it a fairly quick and easy process for a first time buyer; the portal they use also made it so I could check up on my progress throughout the process

This was my first property that I have purchased and it was always a very daunting thing to tackle on your own. I found that Damian and Aroshika were always very helpful to guide me through the process, always on hand to aid in any questions I had and no question was too silly to be answered. I found they both acted professionally and were always on hand to ensure the transaction and process was followed through to the fullest. In terms of communication it was always extremely detailed, on time and thorough, especially after I requested that correspondence was detailed to highlight the critical path and note key milestones. Great experience with Nova on house sale
I used Nova for the sale of my mums house and can highly recommend them. Although we had a short chain we had complexities of acting under a power of attorney, some outstanding changes with the land registry and some issues around historic building regulations. When we encountered the odd problem in these areas they were able to suggest ways forward and they were great at chasing up our buyers solicitor when they were slow to act.
All the way through Ashen and Thasneem kept us fully informed of progress and were great at keeping all parties up to date.
I will certainly be recommending them to any friends and family looking at making a house move.

We have just exchanged contracts on our property, and we honestly cannot thank Sajith and Aaqib enough for their incredible hard work, dedication, and professionalism throughout this process. They were both absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
