Very helpful, I rang as I could not put the order through to Jersey. Lady on the other end of the phone was so helpful. I love this product.

Fantastic service, orders well communicated. Can't fault them really. You can tell it is a family run business that are passionate about what they do. I'm happy I opted to choose them to start my kefir journey!

First class service. My order arrived in ice packed container within 2 days keeping it nice & fresh. We love the taste and how this makes us feel, and so far have re ordered. The team at Nourish Kefir are great to deal with, and really care about the service experience, the quality of their Kefir, and benefit this can give their customers. Highly recommended.

Very prompt service, with good communication

Up front about delivery. Arrived when expected, clear and friendly communication.

Woah!…..What a fabulous product…both the taste and health benefits. My family have always loved this drink and we find that Nourish Kefir far outperforms any of the rival kefir drinks. Thank you to the team. Keep doing what you are doing. I am looking forward to any future products this company have to offer. 5 stars!! EMC

Excellent customer support and good background information given pre-purchase. Delivery seamless and very quick. The goats' milk kefir tastes nicer than we expected - it's lovely and will be an easy drink to include in our daily routine. Looking forward to making our own from the kefir grains purchased. Nice to have a family business with whom to do business - they care, and it shows. Will definitely order again.

The product is fresh and delicious. The service is unusually attentive. Definitely worth a try.

Thank you Nourish Kefir for getting me out of trouble. I was running out of my supply of culture made kefir and my emergency supply of ready made kefir arrived seamlessly by courier in an amazing ice pack container on time, as always!

Ordered 6 bottles of Goats Kefir, I just love this product and it has really helped my many stomach issues. Easy to order and I picked up in person and met the lovely Aurora. Such a great service. Thank you.

Many thanks!

Helpful advice and friendly service, got my delivery as planned and enjoying it!

Excellent service with an even better product !

Lovely people to deal with and a fantastic product!

Great service, super product, thanks

Nourish Kefir are a small company so the payment process was different from most other internet sales processes. The organisation were extremely accommodating with our order and actioned it as we had agreed. The Kefir tastes good and definitely different and lighter from the normal supermarket products. We would certainly purchase it again, sadly perhaps not on a regular basis because the price point difference. However we realise that is due to its originality, use of kefir grains and small batch process.
