Very well packed, excellent product.
I would definitely use this business again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
Thank you

Beautiful product so carefully wrapped and sent exactly on time. Thank you so much.

I was dubious about the store bought kefirs I was buying. Good, small batch kefirs that I have tasted always have a nice fizz but not the ones from the supermarkets. So yours were the first ones I have tried. I’m onto my third litre with two sachets and I am perfectly happy with the results! Thank you so much. Delivered quickly and great service. I’ll be back!

I have purchased regularly from this supplier for a good few years. Always the same product, Kefir Starter, which I find excellent & easy to use making a thick creamy kefir with unsweetened soy milk.
The ease of ordering, packaging & despatch are also excellent. Great service all round.

Customer service great, very responsive and helped me with an issue.
Really pleased with the new organic version, too- it makes delicious kefir with full fat organic soya.

Easy to purchase and delivery was prompt.

Excellent service, excellent product. That’s it!

Great customer service by Deborah and swift delivery. Kefir is delicious to drink and with i understand about 200 different strains of bacteria, its far far superior in health benefits to what you can buy in supermarkets.

I made skimmed milk kefir and happy with the results

Great communication from Deborah. You feel like a valued customer.

Great product pleasant tasting. Really well packaged, plenty of insulation so they were still really chilled on arrival

Slightly odd purchase process. You order without paying, and then have to leave the site and make a BACS payment from your bank - not the smooth online payments we're used to nowadays. But product arrived. Second class post. Fine really.
Second time purchase. The Kefir grains work excellently in semi-skimmed milk. You have to leave the first batch at room temp for 48 hours to thicken up. After that, I use the remaining 200ml with fresh milk to make my next batch which thickens in 24 hours. I keep this going for weeks and save a fortune, plus no waste/recycling necessary.

I have been buying Nourish kefir grains for a few years now. They always make great tasting kefir. A few months ago, there appeared to be a shortage of the grains on the market. I contacted the company and I was kindly sent a few sachets of the grains on a complimentary basis. This was much appreciated and meant that I did not have to switch to another brand. Great service from Nourish Kefir.

Very quick response to orders.
And I love the product! I can't bear to be without my Nourish Kefir.
