Well photographed clothing. Complete rubbish when it arrives. Impossible to return. They offered 25% then 40% refund to keep the goods. I had to involve Amex in the end. Not a UK Company despite the name. I recommend you never buy from these people.

I ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandals. (20 June) Great write up. However it took ages for sandals to arrive (2nd August) and I received the incorrect size. Should have received size 4, instead I got a size 5.
Customer services have not been helpful. Constant back and forth with emails. They won't do a refund nor a return and say they sent out the correct size. NEVER USE! NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR!

Useless. Should have read the reviews before "buying"... still haven't received anything. Do not get suckered in as I did. Aren't there supposed to be laws against this type of rip off organisation?

Poor quality, Chinese crap masquerading as quality gear through a false website. Why I didn’t check on trustpilot as I usually do!?!?
£60 wasted. Why are these scam companies allowed to advertise at all?

Shoes took 4 weeks to arrive
Quality is awful - made from plastic - nothing like the photos online. Told they take photos with nice lighting !
Sizing is small - not a true representation. I was told all manufacturers have different variation of sizing !
Also sent the wrong size - but they won’t do anything about it !
Please be aware it’s pretty impossible to get any kind of return / refund, but if purchased in the sale, no chance !

I am appalled that this company are not referred to UK trading standards. I was just about to purchase Men’s Sandals and my Wife suggested I check Trust Pilot which I’m glad I did- They have got to be the worst reviews ever seen and so I’ll not be buying from Noah. Trading Standards must take notice of these awful reviews.

Such poor quality. Cheap nasty material and horrible cut. They wont allow a return because it was discounted! i think that's their policy across the board.

I bought from a UK website with a UK contact number.
Next day dispatch... sounded good. It turns out to be a Chinese company that takes weeks to deliver. Item arrived creased up, undersized and only similar to item ordered. No refund. Only good for donating to the charity shop.

I purchased a pair of orthopaedic wedge sandals. The description stated they were designed to give arch support and the price was reduced from over £50 to £19.99. The photo showed a pair of what looked to be leather or faux leather sandals.
In reality, the sizing was poor. They sent a size larger than what I'd ordered but there was too much room at the toe end and none at the heel. The slingback strap was not long enough and the material was a flimsy fabric.
On requesting a refund NoahLondon stated I could not return as the goods were discounted, but could send me something else, as long as I purchased something and paid another £9.50.
They stated that the photographs were taken professionally, hence why they looked different to the actual item. If you have bought from them recently and they refuse a refund, contact your bank and raise a payment dispute and they should get your money back. Also contact the company and quote the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Once I did this they refunded my money, and so the bank could then close the case. Best advice is to avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible cheap Martha blouse. It'll go straight to a charity shop. Looks nothing like the picture. I should have been alerted that you can't see any reviews. Probably cost 50p to make in a chinese factory. Do NOT buy from Noah London. Its just chinese rubbish & its shipped straight from China. Not green at all! Sue from Dorset.

This site is a complete sham. All items on their website are marked as reduced which lets them off ever having to offer a refund - 'as sale goods do not qualify'.
I ordered a blouse in 2 sizes, both terrible quality but only 1 came anywhere near the colour and style on the website. Even sending a photo showing the difference in the garments didn't qualify for a refund. Once you pay there are a series of emails saying they are quality checking before sending - out and out rubbish. Spend your money elsewhere.

Do not buy shoes from this company. They produce shoddy shoes that do not resemble the products shown on line and then refuse to accept returns. I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding, but less than 24 hrs later realised the shoes wouldn’t work with my outfit so contacted them to cancel the order- they refused to cancel claiming that they had been dispatched but the shoes then took two weeks to arrive. When they did finally arrive they were nothing like the products advertised and also didn’t fit. I immediately asked them to advise on how to make the return and they said they don’t accept returns only exchanges.

There is nothing orthopedic about these shoes. There's not even a hint of any arch support. They're not made by Noah who seem to be a front for cheap and nasty Chinese products. No point in retuning them as you have to ship them at your own expense to China and judging by the reviews, people struggle to get a refund even when its sent back. Heyho, lesson learnt! Check Trustpilot before buying!!

I agree with everything already said. The dress took weeks to arrive and then the dress was very inferior material. I was told I couldn’t have a refund as it was in the sale but could order again at 50% discount or something similar for 9.95 and keep the dress.Do Not Order from this company.

Still waiting for my order, 3 weeks on! I also believe it must come from China and not London at all! I await it with baited breath but the reviews do not sound promising.. the dress looked lovely on the website...I'll write back.

Do not under any circumstances buy any item of clothing on line from this company.
Firstly, your item will not be coming from London, or anywhere else in the UK.
It will be coming from China.
They will tell you its delayed due to "extended quality checks" to cover that fact.
The cheap shoddy item you receive will bear little resemblance to the item you saw advertised, and will most probably be the wrong size anyway.
They will then tell you this is due to:
" factors such as lighting during photography, screen settings, image resolution, production batches, and how fabrics drape or appear when worn by different models. These factors can occasionally make an item look somewhat different in person compared to how it appears online."
They will refuse to refund your payment, and if you do wish to return the item, you will be quoted eye wateringly high postage cost, because you will be sending it back to Shenzhen, and not their London store or their office in the Netherlands.
They are nothing but a bunch of deceitful, lying, conmen so avoid at all costs however tempting the price on offer.

Fake dress received, not even the right size. Contacted for a refund, offered an exchange and to keep the dress a store credit and to keep the bag or a 40% refund and keep the dress as it would probably cost more to return it to their international returns centre in the US. Avoid at all costs, I can’t believe I fell for it.

One star is generous, if I could have given minus star rating it would have been MINUS ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Please, please, please do not buy from this company.
The products they advertise on the site are not the same as what they send. Honestly they sent two lumps of plastic, which should have been leather mules/shoes.

A refund has been refused on the basis of, when the item is on offer no refund is given.

Also not delivered promptly by Royal Mail, but waited over 2 weeks and I believe the tracking says from china.

I will be contacting trading standards as well.

Requested a refund they offered me to choose a different dress but as a gesture of good will do it half price and I would pay £10 lol not a chance needs reporting !
