Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Unable to get through, on hold for over an hour and still no answer. Poor communication and passed from one person to the next. Taken more money that my contractual agreement this month with no explanation as to why. Emailed several times with no response. Overall terrible but feel trapped by the company as I have no other means of having a car.

Everything went on so well and quick
Everything went on so well and quick. I had my car within 2 weeks of ordering it.
Except, I was made to wait another day the car to get to me as the delivery company forgot to make an appointment with the driver . But the driver was very professional came on time on the day, showed me around the car.
Will recommend to everyone
