I have now since had my tyre replaced…
I have now since had my tyre replaced by a different company and have been told the repair was a mess. Got a call from navcar yesterday but nothing came from it just the usual diddling to try and help themselves. End of a matter for me ill take the loss and move on. Lesson learnd

We are very sorry that you were unhappy with our service. The gentleman who came out to you has undergone further training.
(We appreciate you bringing it to our attention. However, calling us would have resulted in a faster response.)
As I understand it, you were offered the option of a replacement tyre in the first instance but refused.
As we care about our customers I escalated your experience to our MD and it does take a little time to listen to telephone recordings etc and look into it properly.
Unfortunately you have left this review saying you have gone elsewhere while the instance was under investigation and therefor we could no longer do anything to help you.
Really you should have given us the opportunity to rectify the situation rather than going to somebody else but your vehicle, your choice. We understand that.
We aim to give a first class service every time, which you can see from other reviews. Again we are sorry if your experience was less than this.

I rented a van from Nav car
I rented a van from Nav car. Couldn't be happier with quality of van and price. Took the van back at my leisure because they are there 24 hours 7 days a week. Would gladly recommend them and most definitely use them again. The branch I used was at Agecroft.

I got put in touch with Navcar through our insurance emergency roadside assistance following a flat tyre. I was impressed from the beginning with their helpfulness, friendliness and professional manner. I was promised that Matthew would arrive with me within the hour and I didn't expect such a quick service. Matthew in fact arrived early and was incredibly professional, an absolute expert of his trade plus a friendly and non-threatening (for a female stranded I didn't realise that this would mean so much until afterwards). The whole job took about 20 minutes and I would absolutely recommend in the future. Thank you!

brilliant sevice
After having to call out my breakdown due to flat battery, I couldnt praise the service enough, Ali who came out was there within 20 mins, he was got my car running , explained to do a run out in it , etc. he was extremely polite, cant fault the service.. thankyou

Great team and fast response
I had a burst tyre on my way home from work, i called the NavCar team around 5pm who couldn't of helped me more if they tried!
The operator kept me calm and told me the safety procedures to take as i was on a main road, and a recovery driver came in 20 mins later and got me sorted there and then!
Fantastic team and would highly recommend to anyone! 5* star from me and will be telling friends and family.
