After being left by the AA for about 7 hours, I called Nav Car to help me with my flat tyre. They arrived quickly, got the job done and I could finally get home. Excellent service and reasonably priced for an 11pm call out.

My car broke down two miles from either help or an A-road. Help came in the time stated despite not being sure of the location. Eddy didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile and was ready to patiently answer any questions I had.

One of the employees named Liam Messaged me trying to buy a car of me, he asked for £400 reduction in price so I automatically said no, after that he started giving verbal abuse and sending racist hateful messages, i believe a respectable buisness owner will not tolerate having such kinda employees to serve their customers

My breakdown specialist from the RAC recommended I use NavCar when my car broke down in Feb 2020. As I was in an unfamiliar area and felt intimidated, I accepted this recommendation and my car was taken to NavCar.

The issue was the alternator and a couple of days and £270 later, I was on my way. Throughout the multiple lockdowns, I haven't really driven and to my surprise, I broke down in August 2021. NavCar confirmed the part repaired was out of warranty and this would be at my own expense.

I took my car to my local garage I found since moving and they confirmed the part that was fitted to my car was subpar and not even designed for the vehicle as it was not powerful enough for what my car needed. My repairer gave a much more powerful part and I was only charged £200.

It's confusing how I can be charged almost 1/3 less than NavCar but now have a much more powerful car part?

I made a complaint on the 6th of September to NavCar and have not had a response to date. The RAC also requested that NavCar review my case, which they have refused to do.

I have had my time wasted and had additional out of pocket expenses due to being provided with a poor part and poor service.

Also, for anyone reading this, the RAC have confirmed that NavCar is no longer their approved garage, which shows there must be more customers having the same problems.

We returned from a two week holiday to our car with a flat battery, whilst attempting to bump start the car we managed to lock the keys inside the car but ethe bonnet was up.
Nav car were called I explained to the call handler we had a flat battery and our keys were locked inside the car but in view. They quoted £180 for the recovery.
The break down truck arrived late. The technician used airbags to force open the top of the door and hooked the keys out of the car.
The technician then asked me for another £80 to start the car using his jump start pack. I was not happy and I explained that I was quoted £180 and I had accurately described our "scenario" to the call handler, so was shocked at the demand for more money.
I also noticed the car door was now bent out at the top, it was sticking out proud of its normal line bu about 6mm (1/4"). I pointed this out and was told by the technician that he had not done the damage???
The guy in the NCP car park Wythenshaw said he would his own jump leads and car to help me out.
Eventually the Nav car driver said he would start my car for the original quoted price.
I've had the car to a local body work repair shop and they have re-aligned the bent door. They also saud this is not uncommon for doors to be damaged when airbags have been used.

I have had very few recoveries and this was the best expereince. Ali arrived on time and was very freindly and professional, he knew exactly what he was doing and in no time we were at our destination. 10/10 thank you so much Navcar for a stressfree day. Highly recommended.

Had blowout on M53 Liverpool bound waited 2 hours for recovery truck to arrive from Manchester,when Ali arrived he was very safety conscious he told us to wait behind barrier on hard shoulder while he took our tyre off and put spare tyre on.This he done fast and efficiently in 15 minutes.Ali was very pleasant person with great attitude and a credit to his company.
