Stay away from this company.
Despite being with them for many years I was quoted an outrageous amount just to move the system to my new address only 2 kilometres in the same town.
The owner is the rudest person I have talked to in my entire life. No business owner would do that to even a new customer in my opinion let alone a long term one.
There are many companies out there who would value your custom and with better product.

I've been using nature water for 1 years and Iam very pleased with its quality, taste, and service. I used to drink Nestle, but there was no difference between the two brands. I support our national brand, which is doing good work, and I highly recommend nature water to everyone.

Have been a few years with them not because how good their water softener system is, just because I didn't ask the rules of return and warranties before had it installed. It never worked the way as they promised online. Every time after annual service, there is still a lot of scales and limes. And what I've been told that it takes time to clear thw water tank to see a better result. Okay then… what would u supposed to do?

The annual service was just done in May and there were issues happened quite a few times. And today, there was an issue happened again and nobody answered my phone calls within their opening hours as stating online. And no emergency numbers to call either! The water kept running to the bucket and the water keeps leaking to the floor! This is such a nightmare! I have to turn off the main water till 20th Sep which the engineer scheduled.😱😱😱

We got them to install a filtration system on our well pump durining the summer
They placed the tank on the out side of the housing unit and said it would be fine.
Few days ago the water froze we where left with out water for 3 days. We rang a local company to fix it costing 200 euro he's was great
He told us that the tank could explode and it the way it was put in it should have never been put in that way
I rang the company to inform them
And see if they they could fix the problem
They where every unhelpfully they refused to do a thing
They took our money
They fitted a product that is not fit for purpose
It will freeze again if we get cold weather
I thought they would fix the problem but they refused to take blame and said it was an extra cold winter

I would never use this company again very unhappy
We will have to find a reputable company to come back and install the filtration system the right way
