The best service I've ever experienced. Vickie and Zoe at the store answered every question quickly and with great detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone at head office were very helpful and explained each process. The template was accurate so the quartz was fitted without a bother and all questions were answered some before we asked them. I was given a times lot of a few hours and the fitters arrived on the dot. The price and quality were brilliant. This should be your first stop if you are buying stone work surfaces...go no further.

The installers were happy to explain the process and were happy to accommodate a slight change to push the worktop over 20mm. They advised on exactly what I need to do to maintain the worktops and worked cleanly and ensure I was happy with the worktops before leaving.

I can’t lie, I found the whole commitment to getting quartz in the kitchen quite stressful. Once I’d reconciled myself to spending the money it then became about the templating. The emails and instructions are worded in a way which made me feel anxious and I had a few restless nights worrying we had done enough. I didn’t need to worry, it all went perfectly. A small adjustment was needed to make the drawers where the induction hob was being recessed fit, however that was very straightforward. I now understand the need for the instructions and paperwork to be worded the way it is and to ensure all the necessary prep work has been done. We waited about 10 days for the worktop to arrive and the guys did an amazing job on the installation. It was joined exactly where I was told it would be. The detail in the quartz is positioned in places were I get to admire it. I couldn’t be any happier. It’s been money well spent. I think the biggest triumph is that the colour and warm tone in the quartz has influenced other choices I have made in the kitchen so that the overall look of the room is exactly what I hoped for when I visualised my ‘dream kitchen’.

We have three worktops and a backsplash in quartz made by Natural Stone Surfaces (worktops ordered as part of a kitchen order with DIY Kitchens, backsplash ordered directly). The island needed a cut out for a sink, tap and drainer grooves, and one worktop needed a cut out for an induction hob. A templater was sent out to measure up. Slight adjustments were required when they came to fit the hob and sink. The fitters, both young men, used a cutting tool and adjusted the cut out for the sink. However they didn't do this for the hob and left it sitting proud of the worktop stating that our joiner should widen that cut out area. We thought nothing of it at the time. They told us not to touch the worktops or put anything on them for 24 hours. We obeyed. When our joiner came the following afternoon and proceeded to lift our induction hob out so he could widen the opening he noticed a chip on the front right hand corner of our new hob. Suffice to say we were extremely upset. The fitters denied any wrongdoing and as there were no witnesses (we knew we handed the hob to them intact), it was a case of our word against theirs. Natural Stone Surfaces resolved the matter quickly and conceded that the fitters should have, at least, 'noticed the damage' and they paid for the new hob we had to order. If Natural Stone Surfaces had not done this then regardless of the high quality of the quartz worktops this review would have been one star. As it is I dropped one star for the stress we were put under following the fitting. Ending on a good note a real person answers the phone when you ring Natural Stone Surfaces and that is a real plus in this age of online ordering.

Very professional service. The templateing highlighted some issues which would have been very difficult to correct at fitting stage . Worktops were then supplied on time and fitted beautifully. Many thanks I highly recommend.

From the man coming to measure up for the worktop the service was outstanding.
The gentleman conducting the template made some suggestions to alter our plan slightly and gave helpful suggestions to my husband re sink and hob .
The two gentleman who fitted the worktops were efficient, friendly and very tidy .
In fact we were so impressed that I think my elderly Aunty might be using their services .
All in all I highly recommend this company 😊

Excellent worktops, professionally installed to a very high standard. Communication was excellent right from the point of ordering up until installation was complete. All members of the team were friendly and helpful and answered my questions quickly. I especially appreciated the photograph of my piece of granite being sent to me for approval prior to the installation date being agreed - this was unexpected but provided a chance to check I was fully happy prior to the worktops being cut. They look amazing in my new kitchen and I couldn't be happier with them.

They have been ultra efficient from the date they came to do the templates right upto the date they installed. Communication was exemplary and the installation guys were superb and tidy. I ordered a white sparkle worktop through DIY kitchens, I emailed on a Friday afternoon to say I was ready for the worktop, had an email straight back asking if Tuesday was good to have it measured up, it got fitted a week later, I’m made up with it! The fitters did a great job, the quality of the worktop is amazing, I can’t rate this company high enough will definitely use them again
