Total disaster from salesperson to completion came marked they wanted to remove to polish i wasnt happy with that so had to pay another £650 to get another one cut and made which also came with a mark on it. they told me the first one would come out in one piece i didnt think it would and i was right in my opinion it snapped in half so i feel totally had over by the company. having to pay twice for eletricians no fault of my own and a new piece to be cut.
the only part of the whole experience was the fitters totally profesional and polite but overal i would never recommend this company to anyone buyers beware

Great from start to finish. Darryl turned the quote around really quickly which was very competitive, and followed by provided various samples. The turnaround from once we decided to go with Natural Stone Surfaces to template and installation was incredibly quick, and were really pleased with the quality of workmanship. Highly recommend.

I bought a granite worktop, and so far (it's early days) I'm pleased with it. It looks nice, and the guys templating and installing it did a good job, and it's all very neat.

I knocked a star off for the delivery experience. First off, no one anywhere tells you clearly what the system is.* Apparently it hasn't occurred to anyone that the average customer might never have refurbished a kitchen before.

That's par for the course. The really annoying thing is the short notice. You can book the templating in advance, but for installation, Natural Stone don't want to give you a date until two days before they're ready. You don't get a timeslot until the evening before. Apparently it hasn't occurred to them that their customers might work full-time, and it might not be convenient to take a whole day off work at short notice. If you phone up their staff and ask nicely, the individuals try to be helpful, but it's very obvious that the whole system is set up for the convenience of the supplier and not for the customer.

*For the benefit of fellow first-timers: first you need to get the worktop templated. At that point, the kitchen fitter needs to be done installing the units. But you need to book the templating at least two weeks in advance, so no option for last-minute delays if your kitchen fitter is unreliable. Then the worktop guys come back 1-2 weeks later with the actual worktop and install it. As above, they don't give you the installation date until very shortly beforehand. They don't even tell you what the wait time is unless you phone up and ask.

Guys did a great job from template through to delivery and installation. Was a challenge to get into building due to weight but team worked to solve problem and achieve a great finished install.

I ordered my Quartz through DIY kitchens and after visiting Grantech in North Wales decided that the chosen pattern did not represent my 10cm square, free sample, I changed my style.
This was achievable as templating had not been completed.
The Templater was a very competent and pleasant guy who completed his work in a professional manner.
The fitters were great. Arrived very early and fitted the Quartz in a similar professional manner.
All cleaned up and gone in quick time.

They supplied me with an Arctic White Quartz worktop, which has a pronounced pattern, in a U-shaped kitchen format. My experience was excellent, from the initial templating, which was thorough and turned out on fitting to be correct to the milimetre. The fitters also did a superb job of fitting the three individual worktop sections. But what really amazed, and pleased me, was that the cutting of the worktops at the factory, was done out of one block, so that the veins in the worktop pieces matched completely.

Excellent communication throughout. Professional service at both tempting and fitting appointments. We are delighted!

Templater arrived on time and was very polite and professional in what he did. The same goes for the fitting team whom made a fantastic job.

We had a full kitchen of quartz worktops including an island at two heights for a wheelchair user with hob cut out, windowsills, two sinks and various stand alone units. The process was excellent from start to finish and we are delighted with the results. Communication, template measuring and install were all great. Particular thank you to Darryl the Contracts Manager and Andy and Mark who did the install. There was one small issue with an upstand that was manufactured too small, but installers dealt with it brilliantly, no fuss, and will replace. Would thoroughly recommend NSS

When we first decided to update our kitchen the choice of worktops was up for debate. Obviously my wife wanted to go all out with a quartz worktop, I was happy with a standard laminate but as usual my wife won that debate and I set about finding a recommended installer which lead me to Grantech. I was given the number of Vicky McCloy and I’m glad I was! From start to finish the service has exemplary, we discussed what ideas I had and was advised what would and wouldn’t work in my kitchen and when it came to my fitting date I’m happy we listened to the experts, the finish is first rate and the installers were clean tidy and polite

Absolutely the right decision

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Natural Stone Surfaces. We are delighted with our Dekton island which was fitted yesterday by 3 extremely amazing young men, who worked tirelessly with such great attention to detail. Credit must also be given to the templater again for his attention to detail. He got everything spot on and helped make our dream a reality. With 5 Domino hobs, an undermount sink, separate taps and a pop up electric point it probably wasn't his easiest job. Can I also thank Luke who helped me with my order.

We have recently had our kitchen worktop installed by natural stone surface in Buckley.
We are delighted with the worktop and the installation. Vicki in the office deserves a special mention as she was so helpful in helping me find the perfect worktop. I took all my samples with me and she patiently showed me lots of different options giving her honest opinion to narrow the choice down to the final decision. Would definitely recommend making an appointment with Vicki.
