We recently ordered tiles from Stone Superstore in Wilmslow for our whole downstairs and outdoor areas and the whole experience was genuinely excellent from start to finish.

I have to say Kate (or Super helpful Kate as she is now known in our family) was fantastic throughout. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for and helped guide us towards the right tiles without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her advice on sizing was spot on and she went the extra mile to show us how different options would work with our kitchen colours and overall space. It made a big difference being able to visualise everything properly and it gave us a lot of confidence in our final choices.

What stood out most was how easy she made the whole process feel. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and it was clear throughout that she really knew her stuff.

Millie also deserves a mention. Although she wasn’t directly involved in helping us choose the tiles, she was always friendly, welcoming and made us feel comfortable whenever we were in store. It really adds to the overall experience when the whole team is like that.

All in all, we’re really pleased with both the service and the tiles we’ve chosen. It was a smooth, stress-free process and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stone Superstores to anyone.

Showroom was very well laid out and had plenty of choice and samples, the staff were extremely helpful and polite especially Laura whom we dealt with.

I ordered Stamford outdoor limestone for our patio and the quality is fantastic.

Really good experience. I did check the reviews here before ordering, as I have had so many issues with companies selling similar products but being utterly chaotic. Not here.

We needed the cobbles quickly, so I dropped them an email after ordering to ask if we could collect. The team was responsive and so helpful – they arranged everything for my colleague to collect, and it was all ready and waiting. They also gave us extra, as the items were loosely packed and they pre-empted that a small number might be damaged during the journey – I thought that was really thoughtful.

They also promptly refunded the shipping cost (which is understandably high for this product due to the weight of the stone), so I was left feeling really pleased having chosen and used Stone Superstore.

Stonesuperstore, the showroom in Wilmslow, is stunning, and the staff are very helpful. I ordered very large porcelain tiles for a front pathway to my home .... I love them.
When I ordered the wrong pebbles to go around my tree, they refunded my order.

I would love to have been able to enjoy my tiles but the samples took around a week to arrive with no priority option for delivery so we were unable to choose tiles from this retailer. The dispatch team were only able to tell me that the samples were greyed out on the system, not when they might leave their warehouse or arrive to me. As a sales tool, offering samples seems pretty useless.

Friendly and efficient. Two tiles were broken in transit. A credit was arranged whilst I was on the phone, no quibbles and lovely telephone manner.

The tiles I bought were of good quality and looked much more expensive than they were. Customer service was helpful too.
The only reason for not giving it a 5* was because of the high delivery cost. Otherwise, a great experience all round.

We ordered approximately 90m2 of tiles and a delivery was organised despite a slight hiccup with the couriers pallet truck which was beyond Stone superstores control

We initially requested a couple of samples of some porcelain paving slabs. They promptly arrived and we were able to choose the slab accordingly.
We ordered on the Internet and unfortunately the courier delivered a day late without any advice to us. That's when we enlisted the help of Charlee via the telephone who was so helpful we made a further order through her. This went very smoothly.
All of the goods were well packed and the quality was excellent. We would unreservedly recommend this company.

It is hard to know where to start....I ordered some samples online that arrived beautifully packaged and with a really personal touch, however, it is the prices per square metre that is truly surprising. Their prices are better than anything else I have found both on line and locally. I then visited their store in Wilmslow and Kate there was so helpful and informative. As mentioned the store itself and the displays are really inspirational. I would not hesitate in recommending Stone Superstore.

Used this company before. Unfortunately on my latest order the tiles were delayed. I spoke to a lady on the phone who confirmed that they were in stock and I have gone to place the order and the lady got the tile wrong. Although I asked for some compensation as I had booked the tiler in and I will now receive a cancellation charge but they wouldn't offer anything. Won't be dealing with them again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered 61 boxes of tiles costing £847.90 based on the photos and description on their website, but the tiles I received looked completely different in both quality and appearance. Unfortunately, I only realised this after installation had already begun, and even when I returned 36 unused boxes, the refund amount did not match what it should have been. On top of that, I also paid £92 for delivery.
I expected excellent quality, especially paying almost triple the price compared to retail stores, but instead the tiles make my bathroom look like it hasn’t been renovated in 30 years. The sample I received originally looked fine, but the actual tiles delivered had visible dirty-looking patches, which I only discovered once they were installed. This entire experience has been stressful, misleading, and very poor value for money. They even charge me £100 for returning their faulty items. I would not recommend this company.
