Excellent quality quartz fabrication and service. One of my customers, an excellent joiner and cabinet maker chose the Grigio Chiaro quartz and the incredible service offered has been a delight. I'm really happy that when customers do opt for Quartz they are looked after and given amazing help.
I wanted to be present for the templating and fitting, but they were so efficient they arrived earlier than previously mentioned...so I ended up just seeing the end product!! Still, it looks awesome in the flesh - thank you - no complaints at all.

Difference in stone sample
I ordered a worktop from DIY Kitchens after visiting their showroom in person, where we carefully selected the products and viewed the materials before placing our order.
Unfortunately, the worktop that was ultimately supplied and installed in our kitchen is significantly different from the product we originally viewed and selected.
Despite making several attempts over a number of months to have this issue resolved, we have been told that natural stone can vary in appearance and character. While I appreciate that some variation is to be expected with natural materials, the difference in this case is, in my opinion, far beyond what could reasonably be considered acceptable.
What is particularly disappointing is that the original product we viewed is still on display and being offered for sale in the DIY Kitchens showroom, despite our concerns regarding what was supplied to us.
After months of trying to resolve the matter, we have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or any meaningful attempt to rectify the issue.

The material selected for your project was Giallo Imperiale granite, a natural stone which, by its very nature, will feature variations in colour, pattern, veining and character from slab to slab. This is also stated on our initial samples, which advise that they are representative of the material and that the finished stone may vary due to its natural characteristics.
For this reason, prior to manufacture we provide customers with images of the actual slab selected for their project, allowing them the opportunity to pass comment on the specific stone before it is cut and fabricated. In this instance, no comments were raised prior to manufacture.
No concerns regarding the appearance of the granite were raised with our team during installation either, or upon completion of the work, when there were further opportunities to highlight any concerns with the finished result.
We appreciate that you are disappointed and are sorry that the finished appearance has not met your expectations. However, the variation present within the Giallo Imperiale granite supplied is a natural characteristic of the material rather than a defect, and there were opportunities to raise any concerns with the material appearance prior to manufacture.

Great service and a lovely quartz…
Great service and a lovely quartz worktop for my new kitchen. The company sent a really helpful message and video before they came to measure which explained the whole process. The person who came to measure and map the kitchen arrived on time and was professional and obviously knew his job , as did the men who came to fit the quartz tops. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

Great communication throughout
Great communication throughout. Templating took a couple of hours, the guy that did it explained a couple of changes were needed. I had some issues with my electrics after templating & had to postpone fitting a couple of times. They were very understanding & accommodating. When fitted, it was completed in around an hour. They did a brilliant job. Great quality worktops, love them & the colour Ichose. I had a slight issue with a small amount of the seal on the join come out a couple of weeks later, but this was fixed very quickly & I've had no issues since. Everyone arrived on time & everyone I've seen or spoken to were very professional, helpful & polite. Would definitely recommend.
