Brilliant service and great communication. I did not see the driver as i was not at home, but clearly the business is aligned with the delivery courier as it was dropped where i needed it. Definitely be using again. Thank you.

Easy ordering and good communication. Slate arrived on scheduled day and was delivered efficiently and in a suitable location. All round good experience and would recommend.

Product as described, excellent comms at all stages

Delivery slot kept slipping throughout the allotted day which meant I was unable to leave home at all. Delivery itself was fine once it happened.

Quality of the plum slate boulders was very variable, with quite a lot of small pieces and a couple of very large pieces along with a couple of lumps of slate. These were of no use for an alpine bed.

Had just about enough for my use but a lot of wasted material.

They had a supply chain issue (which wasn't their fault) but unlike many other companies they 'owned the problem' and actively tried to manage it. For that alone i would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The website buying procedure, email confirmation and delivery process was simple and efficient.

The courier was courteous and helpful in making sure the stone was dropped off as convenient a position as possible.

However we had ordered blue slate chippings and we actually received green slate instead. Because of the urgency of the job we proceeded to use this product and accepted delivery.

Great quality stones and good feedback throughout the whole process, I always knew the state of play. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. The pallet delivery method with the trolley much better than crane delivery as things can be delivered to a convenient place that doesn't require immediate attention as it does when dropped by the roadside
