Furious - waste of money
Utterly ridiculous rip off would never consider ordering again. They perceive this as ‘meal prep’ and it’s actually some 250g sachets of essentially flavoured water with 1-2 very small chunks of meat in. My 2 meals and a snack on average is 680 calories which is about a 3rd of what I’d need each day to be in a healthy deficit. No wonder people lose weight. If you did the price per kilo it would be about £22/kg. About the same as a hand caught lobster…. For some watery soup that’s supposed to be a main meal. I am absolutely furious about parting with a sizeable chunk of my VERY hard earned money on something portrayed to be well thought out and structured and sustainable, when it’s actually a complete farce and an embarrassment. Shame on you.

With regards to the plan itself, as it is designed for weight loss the meals are all portion controlled. With a Ketogenic diet you must stop thinking calories and instead think energy. When you remove the carbs and sugars which the body would normally use for energy forcing it to instead use fat for energy. That energy comes from the fat we eat and the fat which we have stored in our bodies. This means that we naturally need to consume less energy as your body will create its own when you are not using consumed fat. I can also see that you opted for the Intermittent Fasting Plan which is not something we recommend people start with. When you combine Intermittent Fasting with Ketosis you consume even less energy as you are missing one meal per day. One of the most common mistakes with Intermittent Fasting is that people just consume the same amount of energy / number of meals in a smaller time window. Our Intermittent Fasting Plan averages around 1000 calories per day but the overall amount will really depend on the extras which you add to the plan. For instance, someone who drinks 3 cups of tea or coffee with whole milk will consume more energy than someone who does not.

Would recommend chilli bean & broccoli n blue cheese soup. The meat free meals I had was pretty bland, already arranged for a return.
The snacks are great especially the almond nuts.

Absolutely terrible food
Absolutely terrible food. It's like eating bowls of greasy watery sludge. There is no meat to speak of in any of the dishes so I don't see were the expense is. I don't know how they can pass this off as food. Really disappointed.
The snacks are pretty nice but that's all that is edible. I do not recommend this product absolutely a waste of money.
I have since sent the food back and the company have refunded my money with no problem at all.

Please include fish dishes to your menu
I am just about to start this week with the meals. But no fish dishes in the dinner pack and the cereal is too small. Regarding taste, I can’t say for now.

Regarding the granola, once you begin the diet and reach ketosis, you should find the portion size is the perfect amount to keep you satisfied :)

I rang this company for some information. The adviser I got on the other side was so helpful and informative and was oh the phone for about 30 minutes. I was able to ask all the questions needed to help me make my decision to go forward with purchasing the plan.

Rip off as basically a few cubes of meat in a soup
Most of the meals were very tasty however there were a couple of inedible ones, the mushroom katsu curry was vile there was far too much turmeric in it that it tasted extremely bitter. Also disspointing was the amount of meat, I feel I have been ripped off considering how tiny the meat portion was. I was hungry every day and they tell you additional snacks can be as much meat as you need so why not put the extra meat in the dishes and stop penny pinching and instead make your customers happy. I also only received half the snacks I ordered. I could only stick to this diet for a week as I just too hungry. I did however loose 6lbs in that week but I'd have also lost that doing a low carb diet without being hungry as I've done it before, I just thought this would be easier

The meals are created to be nutritionally balanced for the Ketogenic diet. As one of the main benefits of Ketosis is that you feel fuller for longer and less hungry, for most people, the meals plus the few extras we ask you to add will be more than enough to satiate them for the day however, there are various different things that can affect this. Someone who is more active will expend more energy for instance and need more food intake to compensate for this. Or someone who has double cream with breakfast, whole milk in drinks through the day and butter on their veg in the evening will consume more beneficial fats than someone who has no milk or butter and yoghurt with breakfast in the morning for example.
It can also take up to 7 days to get into Ketosis during which time you may feel a bit lethargic, have more cravings and feel a bit hungrier than normal.
It sounds to me like you had not reached full Ketosis and needed a bit more fat in your diet to help with that. I can't see any note on your file so I am not sure if you got in contact with us but we are here to help with anything like that to ensure you get the best results.
I also cannot see any contact regarding the missing snacks - did you let us know there was a problem with your order so we could rectify this for you?

FEELING GOOD
Hi, very happy with the products. I have enjoyed the food and loved the porridge with the coconut in the morning with strawberries. I am not really hungry anymore. Step in the right direction, it only has been a week and I have lost 9 pounds plus feeling so much better. Onwards and upwards.

Glorified cat food
A few of the meals tasted ok. Very watery consistency, runty bits of fatty meat. Soups are quite bland, but I liked Broccoli and Blue cheese - Good and tangy as it should be!
What I'm taking away from this is that if something's too good to be true, then it's not good.
I'm forcing myself to finish the 28 days, as I've paid over £200 and have read reviews about refund problems.
Oh another negative, £15 delivery charge if you live in the Highlands. Also meat from multiple countries.
EDIT - I would give 5 stars for customer service, absolutely no problem with a full refund with the help of Amanda, thank you very much.

Some meals were ok but the pork ones…
Some meals were ok but the pork ones had a lot of fat in them so when I separated the fat there was not much meat left so I thought it was to expensive for what I got

I really wanted to like this
I really wanted to like this - saw there was mixed reviews but went for it anyway as liked the fact I didn't need to do lots of prep and carb counting. Sadly I am very disappointed with the food. The soups are oily. The evening meals are nothing like the picture on facebook which looked like large bits of chicken with thick sauce. The evening meals are thinner than the soup and therefore need to be put in a bowl - they have tiny pieces of meat and flavoured water. The breakfast and snacks are also pretty awful. I bought 4 weeks worth - in my second week now and wish I could send 2 weeks back.

I am a consultant cardiologist and have used a 28 day plan about 2 years ago to help me lose weight.
I combined it with daily exercise and lost 2.5 stones in about 40 days, of which 28 days were on the plan.
I was very positively surprised how delicious the foods in general were, but of course I had my favourites.
I have also recommended this diet to carefully selected, suitable type 2 diabetic patients (not suitable for some - so please dont start yourself on it if you are a type 2 diabetic without discussing it with an up to date doctor).
The success was wonderful. Not only have some of my patients been able to reverse their type 2 diabetes and were able to come off medication, but others, with difficult to control high HbA1c were able to get much better glycaemic control (e.g. HbA1c reduction form 90s to 30s in one case). It was transformative for all my patients. I can therefore highly recommend it from personal and patient experience.

Tasty and well thought out diet plan
I've successfully lost weight on a Keto diet in the past...but just couldn't get my head back into Keto this time (despite knowing how good I would feel after the first few days). So I've opted to take all the decision making and effort out of the initial phase by using the NK Intermittent Fasting 28 day plan. It's day one and both lunch and dinner food choices were great - very tasty. Yes - there is some liquid in the main meals BUT that's because the meals are not padded out with thickeners etc which would throw you out of ketosis. As of the first evening my blood readings show I am already in ketosis....which is a massive motivator! Please keep up the great work - its a pleasure to deal with a company who show through their meals and guidance/information they truly understand the requirements of a Keto diet....if you are on the fence about trying the NK diet - do - it's very tasty and well thought through.

I can see that you opted and paid for Saturday Delivery which is not included in the standard option. This service always carries a charge. Any orders placed before 12pm on a Friday are delivered on Monday as standard.

I trained as a chef and am always a bit dubious of thing like this but after one day I have to say that so far the two meals I’ve had (ham hock soup and chicken with leaks in cream) were absolutely delicious. I served the chicken with a large helping of roasted green veg, very tasty. Looking forward to tomorrow offering.

I use Natural Ketosis to aid in weight loss. The bundle I chose is great. Love the granola for breakfast and the soups for lunch or dinner. The main meals are delicious but I wish they were a little less soupy, the amount of liquid tends to overwhelm most vegetable choices to go with each meal. Following Natural ketosis for a month brought about the loss of nearly a stone.

As we don't use any thickeners they can be a little runny but we are experimenting with other ways to make the sauces a little thicker without adding any carbs or unnatural products so keep your eyes peeled for our updates!
