We have tried different wines not available in supermarkets. The quality has always been good and prices reasonable.
The website is easy to negotiate and delivery always prompt.

Had a couple of other subscription services in the past and been let down in quality and service. Can't say that here. To date I just simply haven't had a bad bottle - of anything. Some have been good, some have been great, some have been outright and utterly delicious. And on the one occasion I needed a hand with something, the customer service was bang on too. Very happy customer and I've just had a read of what they're sending me for christmas which is why I thought I'd come and write something nice about them. :-)

Excellent wines and extremely good and efficient customer service.

Naked Wines have never failed to send me enjoyable wines at most reasonable prices (Especially the Christmas cases!!). The advice received from the wine advisors and their recommended selections are always good and appropriate to me. A great company!!

Easy to choose good wines reasonably priced. Delivery quick and efficient.

As a long term Angel I know what like and I also like the approach that Naked takes to support the wine makers when needed. The wines I buy are good quality and fairly priced despite recent increases. There is much less chance of getting poor wine than from the supermarkets.

We have been with Naked for a number of yrs now and have always found them so helpful with any question, always ready to sort out a potential issue and solve it all with a pleasant voice 👍

I have been a Naked Wines Angel for several years and appreciate the benefits of the business model, support provided to independent wine producers and quality of wines available to Angels.

Wines are great but the service is even better. I’ve had about three bad bottles of wine (bought a lot!) and they immediately refunded me, no questions asked. One bottle I just wasn’t fussed about, nothing wrong with it but naked still weren’t satisfied and refunded without me asking. Needless to say I will continue to be a loyal customer

We love the wines we have bought from Naked Wines. The ordering process is made easy using the app as it gives recommendations and you can track what you like. We also pre order our favourites so don't miss out. The one time we didn't like the wine they refunded the cost quickly.

Flexibility with spending money on wine

I know some disagree, but I find the quality of wines to be consistently good and well-priced. I appreciate the direct contact with the wine-growers and the ethic of supporting the small producer alongside excellent, courteous and constructive customer support. I'm sticking with NW.

Been getting my wine from them for well over a decade. Generally excellent quality, great value, and great customer service. The business model supports small producers in many different locations, and the company ethos also supports them in being positive contributors to their local communities. It feels like one of the few businesses whose ethics I don't need to worry about.

I chose 5 stars because Naked Wines is a great company offering top wines at reasonable prices. I also like the idea of being an Angel, supporting wine growers to produce even better wines. The whole thing is a great business model and it delivers customer satisfaction. Haven't had a bad wine yet.
