A great Naked experience
We are sooo happy with our our Naked system in every aspect. Beautiful fresh swimming without any chemical taste. The Naked app, high quality components, very low chemical additive costs and complete communication from Naked gives an outstanding result. You know you want one!

Whilst we finished our pool just in…
Whilst we finished our pool just in time for it to be too cold to swim we did have one issue.
Copper separation and sedimentation.
A text to the builder, who contacted Naked and Tim was on the phone to me within the hour.
A simple explanation, run through adjustment and bingo,, all sorted.
Then a text back from Tim a week later to check all was OK.
So my review is for tec support

Added Sanichlor, ran pump overnight. Now 18 hours. Already noticed a reduction in black algae on walls. Will run pump for 48 hours & then let copper finish it off as advised
