I have only had my Naked pool system…
I have only had my Naked pool system for a few months. So far so good. The customer service is exceptionally good. As I am new to the system so I take my water to be tested at the local pool shop and usually send a screen shot to Tim who gives me advice. The water is crystal clear.

Very good on-site service
Darren came out on a Sunday to help with my pool set-up months after the pool was commissioned. He was very helpful and clarified all my questions.
The system has been running really well and we highly recommend the Naked Pools freshwater system.

I cant speak highly enough of this product, company and their after service, which I have completely took advantage of.
Everyone told me not to get a pool as its too much hard work, but this system manages everything and i have had it nearly 6 years.

Great and prompt service. I logged a support call for my Naked System NKD-R. They responded promptly the next day with instructions to send the unit to them. I did, and within two days the unit was fixed and shipped back. All under warranty.
