This is supposed to be made with the moon and letters of gold foil and it’s just a ugly yellow . The date on it is wrong and the names are not centered. Terrible quality. Do not waste your money

a cocoa site....I ordered the golden moon and I filled out a printed paper....basically a yellow dot....you shouldn't buy +because they have all the nonsense...vip I don't know what shit and it still lasts 3 weeks....a 100% shit site.....DO NOT BUY

Please tell people the truth for shipping!! 7-9 days has turned into 21 days, a bunch of excuses and I still haven't received my order. This will be the last time I order anything! Ordered it the end of January for Valentine's. Valentine's came and went, still no pkg! And also, they reversed the month and the day on my calendar date. Make sure to specify what country you're in!

This company used Uniuni to ship my package when it made it to the US. I didn’t even know my order was coming from China! Uniuni is a HORRIBLE service for delivering packages. They’ve lost my packages before when shipped with Ali express. I had no idea they were going to use Uniuni. After making a complaint to Uniuni they realized that they sent it to the wrong address, they told me to contact my Spotify plaque and send them this letter that they generated for me. Neither company want to help me at all and give me a refund for the package that was delivered to the wrong address. Horrible customer service! This place is a scam!! Stay away!

Terrible company. I paid extra to get it quickly. It was supposed to be shipped out within 2-5 business days. Over a week later and it hasn’t been shipped. Nobody is responding at this point. I asked to cancel the order so they told me to pay a restocking fee! And I would get it if that would be bc I changed my mind. But it’s because I paid for fast shipping and a week after it’s not even shipped. Highly NOT recommend this website

Wouldn’t recommend this company and I wish I would’ve known before ordering. The shipping expectations promised aren’t realistic. Being a gift item for most customers, I think that’s important to know. Better to go local or more reputable company (amazon Etsy, they have identical options). Not satisfied and really would’ve just liked my money back. Lesson learned. I just want others to know so they don’t end up with a negative experience also.

I ordered a gift for Valentine's day and paid extra for expedited delivery. It was supposed to be shipped within 3-5 days and it has not even been completed. I've tried several times to contact the company only to be met with robotic answers. I have requested to speak with a human but NOTHING! Total SCAM. I have contacted my CC company and will also place a complaint with the BBB.

Wow what a junk product. magnet didnt work . photo did not print well. poor quality. then when asked for a refund i got only 1/3 of the price back. terrible customer service terrible product. I wish i read the reviews before purchasing

If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered this for valentine's day and they have the date wrong on the plaque, due to the format they use. I can't get them to correct it, because they want to charge me to fix THEIR mistake. There is no phone number and no way to talk to anyone besides email or automated live chat. This company is crap. Complete and utter crap. I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

I was so incredibly sad. This item was for our granddaughter's birthday. She is 5 years old. I had purchased a refrigerator plaque for her mom's birthday and it was wonderful. This, however, did NOT inform us that it would need to be connected to a phone in order to function properly. It is nothing but a night light for $30 now. So incredibly disappointed.

I have contacted the customer support team 6+ times. I sent them a professional digital photo taken at my wedding. The quality of the print on the music box was horrible. The photo is so light we look completely washed out.
I asked for a replacement and they did not send it. I asked for a refund multiple times and they have not refunded me.
This is a poor quality product! Customer service does not understand issue resolution and is not interested in assisting with resolving this issue.

Too bad there is not a button for zero stars. This place is a scam!!!!!! You have better luck ordering from Temu. I ordered a very cute picture of my boyfriend and I and the box came completely crushed with holes in it and the plastic picture all of the bubble wrap is already popped and torn. I reached out to the company just to resend me an EMPTY box so I can re-wrap it and they refused. My total which included the extra insurance that I bought was $40 and they are offering me a $7 discount. I disputed the charge with the credit card company. Don’t buy. Don’t buy. Don’t buy. Crappy products and crappy customer service.

I love the product! Also the first time when it said the product got delivered (but it never actually did), I reached out to customer service and they still sent me a brand new one with the same customizations for free! Great customer service and fun product!
