I ordered this product the 10th of December with expedited shipping. It has been lost in a mail processing center and has not moved since December 24th, 2024. I contacted the company and they requested i wait 5 more days two times now. I'm frustrated and I just want a refund.

It was as expected was small but I still love it

I ordered 4 ornaments and 4 gift boxes on 12/7 and paid for priority shipping. When I ordered the website stated buy one get one 20% off. That only applied to the gift boxes when I checked out. Unable to get immediate customer service which I thought was in Illinois based on the listed company info, I ordered anyway. The ornaments did not arrive for Christmas and when they finally did arrive, one had the hanging hole in the face of the subject in the photo. When I brought this to their attention, which I found out was in Hong Kong not Illinois, I was offered a 15% discount. Their 90 day return policy is not legitimate. I had to reply 9 times ( email is the only contact for customer service) and still will not get a full refund or replacement for an ornament I can not gift. The other ornaments are not great quality either. Photos are printed on acrylic that makes them appear fuzzy. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

I reaches out to the company and they were 100% on top of making sure I got what I ordered working by replacing it with no charge what so ever.
