I have never written an online review in my life, so the fact I am writing this says a lot about how great this company's customer service is! I had a fantastic experience thanks to Vivan. I reached out to the company because I really wanted the gift I had ordered to be delivered by a certain date and Vivian went above and beyond to help me. She kept me update every step of the way, responded to my emails promptly and kindly, and even contacted the shipping carrier to request priority for my order. She was incredibly understanding and helpful, especially as I was quite stressed at the time. Her customer service made the whole process so much easier. I am so grateful for her support. Not to mention, the product I received is absolutely adorable! I will definitely be making a purchase from here again!!! I was unable to understand the instructions I was given for charging my fridge magnet device but after several email responses to my question were answered I finally got it!

I give them 1 star for being a real company with a customer service and 1 star for actually sending me a replacement item. Unfortunately both the original broken item and the replacement will be going in the trash. I purchased a refrigerator magnet plaque with a wedding picture and anniversary date with our first dance song. The original item has a huge “X” crack in it. I spoke with customer service and they agreed to send me a replacement. The replacement item I received had the entirely wrong date for our wedding. As in wrong month, wrong day, and wrong year! To add insult to injury they also adjusted the picture and calendar placement and put the (incorrect) month right over my face!

If you, or someone you love has a favorite song and you KNOW you do. You know the one, the "I can't sit still when I hear it - I simply HAVE TO DANCE" song! The love song that makes your heart soar with joy (send one to him/her/them too)! The if you're ever trapped on a desert island and couldn't survive without THIS song. Then you NEED this little plaque. (and a battery charger cause there aren't a lot of electrical outlets on desert islands - lol)
Seriously, I truly ADORE this thing and can't stop smiling. I may send them as gifts for Christmas!

This place is a scam they take weeks to send your order and when it comes it’s nothing as advertised. Mine came super late , yellow when advertised gold and damaged but they did not find this a hood enough reason for refund. I am now having to request refund through my
Bank to dispute it.which will result in new cc numbers and a whole hassle. Do not buy the moon picture from this place. They literally sent a solid yellow circle as a “moon” a joke. Their customer service is a gmail. I should have known then.

The Spotify glass picture/calendar had glue running down the glass part and several nicks all over the glass frame itself. There was actually a scratch on the black frame around it, which I would’ve been fine with that (take a sharpie and fix it) but not with all of the other problems with this it looks hideous to the point we can’t display it. I’m getting the runaround with customer service. They ask for the same things twice, which I’ve sent in the pictures that they’ve requested - then they don’t respond. I have to keep sending emails back asking - What’s the status? Just extremely disappointed, Because the Spotify music magnet was so cool and nothing wrong with it…and it was in the same box.
