Have been buying the fridge song plaques for over a year now, my go to present generally as can’t miss. Have not had any issues at all with product quality until last week, I ordered four and one was not playing any sound. Customer support got back to me almost immediately, worked through some trouble shooting steps, and once they were satisfied it indeed was not working sent me out a replacement. So product is great witnessed by my repeated purchases and now can say the customer support is also very good.

Chose the more expensive rang for one of the products and the sound is not clear at all. Other item the photo I sent doesn’t reflect the cartoon image so my son was very disappointed.

My husband and I both grew up in an immigrant household and both our upbringings were tough to say the least. Our escape was cartoons and our favourite was, 'Pokemon'.
When I saw an ad for character cards, I knew I had to purchase them. This is a gift for my husband for Father's Day and it's more than just a card for display. It signifies our challenges we faced and the cycle and changes we make for our children.

When I received the card, I was almost in tears. So beautifully printed with the images resembling so close to my children and husband in cartoon form.
I just wasn't expecting to receive such a package. The service I received is second to none and everyone I spoke with were professional and took feedback positively.

If I have another opportunity I will definitely be purcahsing again and will be letting family and friends know about the company. Thank-you!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I placed an order back in May for a June birthday gift. When I received my order the company put the wrong beat to the song. So I emailed them and they sent me another one.. However when I received the second one it was still the same issue.. I contacted the company and now they don’t wanna refund me what I paid because it was a custom order… They screwed up my order not once but twice and I’m out the birthday gift. This is the worst company I ever had to deal with!!! I never had to fight for a refund when it was a screw up on the company!! POOR BUSINESS!!!!

The product received was incredibly disappointing. Unlike the examples on the website, which looked 3D (and might actually have been, in some cases), I've just wasted £30 on a distorted, and frankly unflattering photo of my wife! Based on my own personal experience, I'd avoid spending any money with this company!

Had a small delay, and the issue was communicated promptly and and handled quickly...very impressed with their customer service 👏

The product was exceptional - music sounds good and picture is perfect. Arrived when expected. No issues.

I ordered a "customized" key chain from this company. First, the order was about a month late. Second it states that it's a customized item, you send them a photo and specify which type of uniform you want. For example, I ordered the nurse and sent them a picture of my wife. They sent me something that looked nothing like my wife, and instead of a nurse, it was just a red dress. Horrible experience, do not order the key chain, you will be disappointed.

I had my doubts at first but my Spotify fridge magnet was so much better than what I expected. Definitely op in the extra $5 to get the Bluetooth version, it’s worth it
