I'm VERY impressed by their level of professionalism and how quick they are to respond. I had an issue with my order and they responded right away and resolved the problem. I definitely recommend this company and I'll be buying from them again.

Terrible. Just absolutely terrible. If you looking to order something, and have them deceive you on what it actually is you are ordering, then go with these chumps. I had ordered what looked to be a 3D printed image of me along with little 3D printed accessories in an action figure packaging. Nope, just a picture of it where they didn’t even get the picture I sent them correct, they forgot my eyebrows. What a piss waste of $60. You’d be disgusted if you seen what they sent me for what I paid. It’s just unreal, and again, dishonest. I post this so no one else has to get taken advantage of, thinking they get something great and wind up with shit. If there is a way to contact the person to make sure it’s not just a little shitty made photo, I would definitely do that, so you don’t wind up wasting your time and money

The pictures and music is so clear. Customer service are kind and prompt if any issues. I have purchased more for loved ones.

I bought this for a present for my partners birthday. He loved it!! I absolutely loved the product. They had it shipped quickly, and everything was in perfect condition and looked amazing. Once it arrived in Australia, I was having severe difficulty with the delivery team who received my item, but the customer support team (I was in contact with Vicky) was amazing. She was replying straight away to my emails and she put in so much effort to help me receive my order. 10/10 product, 10/10 customer care.

Customer services was great!

Card came and my son’s face is hidden by the writing on the card, I didn’t understand why they didn’t move the photo up more (it was a Pokémon style one). Emailed them to see if we can get a new one so you can see my child’s face and no reply, chased up twice and nothing.

Elsie was very prompt with her response and handled my situation was resolved in less than a day! This company has gone above and beyond!

I placed an order a month ago, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and said out for delivery. Tha post man was here but no package. I checked the tracking and it said "no such number" that is in fact my address and now my package is being sent back to the sender. I requested a refund as I am very upset but no one will help me.

Vivian was fantastic - her communication and support was top notch. She truly helped me with a delivery issue, was compassionate and understanding. Because she provided me the correct details the shipper had not given us, I was able to track the package down the address it was delivered to (the shipper delivered to the wrong address, not the fault of the company at all). Never once did she ever fail to lose patience with me or the situation and because of that I knew we find a solution. Thank you!!! Means a lot to us. The product is amazing - just what we hoped for. It was a gift during a very difficult time for our family and meant a lot to us - so even more special she could assist us with this purchase.

Wrong color, extremely undersized, could’ve said that the gift box lights and box don’t include a gift box 30 dollars for a piece of plastic. absolute scam do not order from them

overall experience is good. Was a bit worried in the beginning but got the product as I wanted. The customer service was good. They responded promptly and you can tell they want to do good business.

What a great idea! As my bff & I approach 50 years of being friends, finding new, different, meaningful gifts is sometimes challenging. Putting a favorite photo of us with "our" song was the perfect birthday gift this year.
