I ordered the moon frame for my besties birthday, she loved it, awesome work
Ps. It be real nice if you can get better quality moon pictures
Thank you

I’m not satisfied what so ever with my product. It is completely the wrong item from what it was supposed to be. My item was supposed to be a poster but instead I got a keychain. You can barely see any of the words and the pics are so tiny.

And on top of that I paid extra for fast delivery for the item to have so many issues pop up and not get the item until now.

And nothing to compensate for all the issues that came up and for it arriving way later then it said it would. This isn’t okay.

DID NOT SHOW UP TO MY HOUSE EVEN THOUGH I CLEARLY HAD DIRECTIONS! DO NOT ORDER! FIND A BETTER COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!

Not even a response of my order, this is a scam

This came out better than I expected, I'm so very happy with this product. It's for an anniversary gift so I know they're going to love it like I do!!!!! Great idea overall definitely reccomend!!!

the quality was not what was in details

This has been the worst experience. From shipping to customer service to finding a solution!!!! They are terrible. The package was ordered in a timely manner and was still late shipping. Was suppose to be here today and now it's not logging on the tracking system again since 2/15/26. At this point just give me my refund.

Nice product

Myspotifyplaque is a SCAM. They advertised a 3D Action figure with an accessory and sent what amounts to a luggage tag. They didn’t even replicate the photo properly AND added hidden costs of $6.98 for nonsense

Ordering here was the worst decision, it’s been over a month and my order still hasn’t arrived. Even communicating this is very unhelpful. I will never buy from here again.

It was a pleasure speaking with Grace via email. I was concerned about my order, and Grace provided exceptional customer service. Her response was prompt and explained my order status in detail, with evidence. This proves to me that she is well-versed in the products and services being offered. Good customer service like this with a human approach is the reason why I kept doing business with the company.

Its a scaaaaaaaam people its a worthless junk with no actual quality

You will be embarrassed if you order it be careful…
Just don’t don’t

Creating something so personal and heartfelt. So many options
It's different from all the other personalized items I've received in the past. When I got it, I cried. So beautiful. It's one of the most special and meaningful gifts I've ever given. The quality is incredible
I highly recommend. Honestly.
Thank you so much

Horrible from the start was promised by a certain day . Came 2 weeks later. Was put together poorly seems like glued on a flimsy piece of cardboard which was bent. Was missing the figures which was titled museum of us . The whole concept was to look like a museum with figures looking at the photos like they were works of art. But guess what no people. I could have did better by gluing photos in a shadow box and spend less then the $70 I paid. Will definitely never order from here again.

The delivery was initially shown as 5-7 business days and now it is showing to be delivered in 15 days. If this was known before, I wouldn't have ordered it. Pathetic customer service

This was for Valentines Day it came 5 days before.
I was at first alittle worried because the item had gone out of stock but they quickly restocked it and updated me swiftly.
I would also like to complement the customer service, they got back to me quickly, double checked if all if my information was correct for shipping and even informed me when it wasn't so I could get my package on time.
I 100% recommend this website for cute gifts for your partner.
My only caution is if you need your gift for a specific holiday/event, order it a month in advance.
I ordered my gift in January and it got here today in February.
Overall the product looks amazing and I am very happy with it✨️

appericiated your clean work but it wasnt turn up the way it been advertised.

the reveal should be by peeling off the golden paper from the design but itz not given that way and the frame is broke as well

My boyfriend got me this as a sentimental valentines gift we are very upset. The quality is horrible the picture is fuzzy and we can barely make out our own faces. The words are the same fuzzy and blurry. The acrylic is all scratched right out of the “protective” layer. Holding it with care is not even worth the hassle with the quality it came with. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
