I ordered a custom viewfinder and the pictures were grainy and people were unrecognizable. I used the company's software and preview, which showed clear images. I contacted the company and their solution was to refund me $5.84 for a $32.84 order. I had to file with PayPal for my refund. Either this item is awful and a complete waste of money or I received a defective item. The company should have either refunded me in full or remade it, not made me go to PayPal. Horrible customer service. I am disappointed and now have to come up with a different father's day gift. I don't have time left to do anything super personalized now

The item came very quickly. They proof checking process was also very good. They sent you an example and if there were any changes they made them quickly. I gave two stars because the final product is terrible. Its flat. Which could have been my misunderstanding. It looks 3D in the images. I thought the desciption said 3D... I expected a little toy figure.The received product looks like it was printed off a printer and laminated. Its not crisp. The fake package lines are blurry. I equate it to someone having a bad photo, taking it to a print shop and printing off of a photo copy. Its for father's day and my son was very disappointed. I really wish it was better.

Placed two separate orders & never received them despite being told they were delivered. Dealing with customer service for weeks was frustrating. Chat with Teresa proved incompetence. Asked for a supervisor over & over. After she ignored all my requests & ask why I needed a supervisor she then said they weren't available!!!!! I love the products from Spotify & as my grandson has been producing music for two years now I have placed many orders. I will now find another company.

I just found STOLEN products on their website. Is there no one veryfying that people do not simply upload photos that belong to other shops and use them as if they were theirs??!! The SKU is XHBPJJ0P2557X02 and it was originally made by Nita Vivar (@nitavivar on Instagram and TikTok). What a horrible place to buy from.

The customer service was great and very helpful. My issue was resolved and attended to quickly and fairly and I was pleased with the consideration given to me.

Great costumer service. Vivian replied fast, was very kind and ready to help right away. The problem was solved immediately. Helped me despite my own mistake of not ordering in time.

Buyer beware, what I received from this company was nothing close to what they described. Definitely not worth what I paid for. Please think twice so that you don't fall into the same thing that I did.

Took 2 months to arrive, lights popped off ant can’t reattach, they literally sent me a glue stick to do it myself, none of the photos are even. I am beyond furious this looks horrible!

I paid for a faster shipping. The order didn't arrive on time, but they refunded me the extra payment I did for a faster shipping. So I really appreciated their customer service. Apart from that the order was exactly as I expected!

Recently ordered the museum peice, really good quality but was missing the staircase, within 2 emails had a new one on the way with really friendly service from Elsie, very happy with the product and company

While the customer service is very helpful and quick, the product quality is very poor. First time I purchased, it came with no protective film on the front and had numerous scratches and chips in it. I asked for a replacement and still had to pay for the shipping fee even after I paid for faster shipping in the first one. The next order still had no protective film on the front and had scratches. I advise everyone to be very careful from ordering here as the quality is very dodgy. Thankfully, the second order to come quicker than expected :).

The package arrived damaged and the frame inside was broken. I’m really disappointed, as I expected better packaging and protection for such a fragile item.

this was an awful experience. took a month to get one photo changed, to which i paid two invoices for. and then once i finally got my matchbox poster it was an AI generated image of something completely random. i ordered this to arrive before valentine’s day and it just arrived in march. this entire process feels like a joke and scam. i’ve heard great reviews about this but this was genuinely terrible.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ordered a gift for a special birthday within 8 weeks - and despite payiing for express postage, and continued apologies for delay, lie upon lie upon lie. Sill no parcel delivered, and they think a 10% compensation payment is acceptable.
Do yourself a favour and order 12 months in advance of needing a gift - you'll still not get it on time, but hey you have been warned.....
