Compact, powerful, best price around...
I purchased the MyoSauna following my reserach into the benefits of heat shock. We have a small house and I needed something that was compact but did the job. After further research, the MyoSauna was certianly the best fit for my space and budget. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was actually in a reasonable timeframe, a week or so. I did prompt slightly, but this was due to a perhaps incorrect 48h delivery promise, but customer support actioned a response within 24h and I had a call from the delivery partners the next day to arrange delivery. Build was straight forward, everything clipped together nice and snug, I can't see any gaps. Some peope might be concerned about the gaps in the door and the air temperaure, however becuase it is IR heating, it doesn't matter as you are directly heated on the skin. Also, while the temperature doesn't get as high as a 'traditional' sauna, there is no issue, my BPM was hitting 150 after 30min, and Gemini confirms that this is just what is needed for the health benefits. I've used it pretty much everyday for the past week or so, and I find myself looking forward to it each time. The Bluetooth speakers are an excellent addition, as instead of sitting on the sofa watching TV, I can do that in the sauna, getting a cardio workout at the same time! All in all, would recommend the product as an entry level sauna serving my situation perfectly!

I’ve had a few quality issues with the bath leaking and now on my 3rd myozone. However everything has been replaced successfully through the warranty. In general the customer service is good although getting new items sent out takes a little bit longer than I would prefer, especially the air filter as the water gets dirty much quicker when it’s not working, it has to be changed almost weekly. With myozone I can extend this to around three weeks..
Great customer service
Bought a myozone for my ice bath 11 months ago. The tube snapped the other day (normal due to high usage everyday). I contacted myomaster customer support who replied immediately on a Saturday afternoon. The sent me a replacement tube for free no questions asked. Excellent customer service from Marion!
The Chiller that doesn't Chill
The chiller turned up quickly. The parts provided to connect the chiller did not match up with the instructions, instructions are poor at best. The Chiller does not chill at all, it is literally an expensive water pump at the moment. Support so far has been average and slow. I can see why they are being sold at half price...I just want my money back, very poor experience so far. Hoping I can speak to someone and avoid the AI email agents....

Excellent customer support and follow-through from Micah at MyoMaster
Micah at MyoMaster was professional, responsive and persistent throughout what became a fairly drawn-out support issue with my ice bath chiller unit.
While the troubleshooting process was at times frustrating, Micah remained polite, communicative and clearly worked hard behind the scenes to escalate the matter properly with the technical team. Once escalated, the replacement was arranged promptly and communication throughout was clear and reassuring.
Particularly appreciated the human touch after I ended up in A&E with kidney stones midway through the process.

I can only say good things about myomaster. I ordered the infrared sauna, ice bath and chiller bundle. The sauna is everything I’d hoped for.. connects to Bluetooth, gets upto 65 degrees within half hr, 40 mins or so.. it’s the perfect size for my garage, we love it! I was having problems with my ice bath deflating so I emailed myomaster to see what I could do. Micah and Grace were really helpful and after sending a video Grace put in an order for a new ice bath and it was with me the next day! Fantastic customer service

I had high hopes for MyoMaster/Myochill
I had high hopes for MyoMaster, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I purchased a brand new MyoChill+ and quickly noticed it wouldn’t chill anywhere near the advertised 1°C. After seeing similar issues reported by others, I contacted support.
What followed has been over 4 weeks of slow, drawn-out communication, with response times typically 5–7 days per email. Each reply suggests another test or escalation, but nothing actually progresses.
To rule out my setup, I carried out my own controlled test using a small insulated container (15–20 litres). The unit still only cooled down to around 4°C before cutting out, exactly the same behaviour as with my full setup. This clearly shows the issue is not related to water volume, insulation, or configuration.
Support have now acknowledged that my test was valid and that the unit should have easily reached 1°C, even with a small volume. However, despite this, there is still no resolution or replacement offered, and the process continues to drag on probably waiting another 7 days for a response .
I’ve given 2 stars because the product concept is good and, if working correctly, would be excellent—but the quality control and especially the customer support response times are not acceptable for a premium product.
At this point, I’m still waiting—weeks later—for a proper resolution.

Excellent infrared sauna product.
We purchased the Infrared sauna about 3 weeks ago now and have been using it daily ever since! The product itself is fantastic and was so easy to put together. It literally only took 30 minutes to build but then took a further 30 min to hoover out the random sawdust and wipe down all the surfaces that were covered in dust. Beware as well - there is a lot of robust packaging to deal with at the end.
The bluetooth speakers work great and make a big difference when you want to meditate while in the sauna. It's become my 30 minutes of pure downtime each day and I love that. The ozone filter is great too. The control panel for the timer and sound are a bit fiddly but they do work as they should. I prefer a good old fashioned hourglass sand timer in the sauna over the digital that comes with it.
The only reason I haven't given them a 5 star rating is that I made a call to customer service about a query I had and the person on the phone wasn't very helpful at all. And, the website says delivery in 2 business days but it actually took 4 as the delivery is 2 business days from when the delivery company get the order. The delivery drivers were great though.
Superb Product
Having owned a similar ice bath from a rival brand I was quite taken aback with (a) the price and (b) quality of product from Myomaster. I have nothing but praise for the product and customer service I have received and would highly recommend.

The sauna came quickly, was easy enough to assemble using the on line tutorials made it simple to put together. The heat is different to a hot stone sauna for sure but i prefer it. It is no less effective but feels less harsh. Been in it every day since I bought it. Customer service is very good.

I found Grace to be a real help in sorting my issues with my chiller - no longer chilling the water. She instructed me on ways to isolate and sort the problem and was extremely good at responding to my queries.

Faulty Myochill brilliantly dealt with
I bought a MyoChill last year which unfortunately stopped working this year just as the weather started getting better.
I contacted the team at MyoMaster and Rachelle responded really quickly. After assessing the problem Rachelle sent a replacement chiller without any fuss.
It is rare to find this sort of customer service and it needs to commended when you come across it.
The new chiller is now working away and is doing a great job keeping the water temperature nice and cold.
Great product and even better customer service and I would highly recommend buying from this company.

5 weeks, zero refund - customer service powered by a wet sock
I recently bought a MyoChill+ from Myomaster and was very excited… briefly. The app turned out to be about as usable as a chocolate teapot, and it seemed to make the water dirtier, not cleaner; so I requested a return on 25 March 2026.
A full week later, a return label heroically arrived via email.
Fast‑forward five weeks after the item was collected and I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve contacted the office weekly, then daily, with all the success you’d expect from shouting into a void.
At this point, the refund feels less like a transaction and more like a myth — the kind sailors warn you about.
Customer service is super fast and helpul - when you're asking questions before you buy, but beware if anything goes wrong - its glacially slow and about as proactive as that wet sock mentioned earlier.
I shall wait a couple more days then raise a dispute with my credit card company.
Totally unacceptable.

Had issues with my pump which stopped…
Had issues with my pump which stopped working after 21 months. Spoke to Micah via email and he sorted the problem with a replacement after some photos. Pump was warm to touch but not working. I Mentioned the 0Zone cleaner hoses had gone white and hardened and thankfully I was within my 2 year warranty. Great service and contact was within 24 hours. Thank you Myo. Definitely will upgrade my chiller to the plus, once I've saved up.
Great product and service
Ordered the Myo chiller for my wife’s existing ice bath which arrived in a couple of days. Installation was super easy and straightforward forward, energy running costs are lower than predicted which might be due to the fact I installed it in my garage which is nice and cool. I am so impressed that I will probably order the Myo ice bath which I should have done when buying the chiller.

Ice Bath Novice!!!
Bought the Myoice bath a few weeks ago as a complete novice to them I wanted to start with something simple, it anrived so quickly and was such a reasonable price. I’ve been doing it every morning and after the initial shock to the system I feel incredible. It’s helped with my legs after a morning run each time as they don’t feel so tired. Very tempted to order one that works with a chiller and will definitely be looking at Myomaster one.
Good customer service and product
Firstly, very happy with the arrangements for delivery and we constructed the sauna ourselves, mainly with the help of the good YouTube video. We had a small issue with the door handle and contacted MyoMaster. The customer service was excellent and a big thanks to Grace for her responsiveness and patience. Good job!
