I had an issue with my chiller no longer working properly. I emailed the help team. They responded within a week and asked me to send a short video showing the problem. On receiving the video, they sent me a list of fixes to try. Unfortunately, none of these worked, so they sent me out a new chiller, which arrived the next day. Rachelle was very helpful and professional throughout.

I love my 'ice bath' being able to control the temperature, alongside keeping the unit clean and to continuously benefit from my daily dip is nothing short of fantastic. I did have an issue with my orginal myochill unit, but the customer service team were phenomenal. Thank you for being nothing less than fantastic.

Had an issue with the chiller machine and Rashelle was very prompt in getting it dealt with and sending me a new replacement out within the warranty period free of charge! Thanks for the service.

One part of the product arrived broken, another incorrect, both issues solved quickly. Contact through email has always been polite and helpful, although a bit slow at times.
Actual product is fantastic, the water stays at the set temperature and isn’t too costly to run as long as the bath unit is inflated properly (needs checking once a month or so)
Cleaning the filter once a month and adding in a bromine tablet in a dispenser, water stays crystal clear for at least 90 days.
I use the bath first thing in the morning, 4 times a week. Haven’t noticed an impact on sleep but my energy and focus in the morning has significantly improved, as long as I stay off my phone for an hour or so after plunging. I’ve also been feeling less stressed day to day so overall would definitely recommend this product to others

I’ve had a really good experience with MyoMaster. I bought their MyoIce Pro not long ago as wanted a more sturdy ice bath. It’s superb. A really well made product. I also have their chiller/filtration unit, which keeps the water nice and cold. The MyoZone is another really handy piece of kit that helps to keep the water cleaner for longer. Overall really happy with everything.
I use the plunge almost everyday (before the gym or after a run) and swear by it. It has massively improved my recovery and it is also a great way to wake up in the morning. The mental challenge of getting in freezing cold water is still ever present but I’m far more comfortable being uncomfortable since starting my plunging journey.

These guys have gone over and above to be helpful and informative. I need to return and ice bath and wanted an upgrade at same time and they we wonderful in their communications and delivery! 10/10 for their customer service! Thanks

If your like me you like to do your due diligence before making a big purchase. I decided on the Myomaster infared sauna…and what a Decision!! I had a couple of questions prior to purchase which were answered and communication throughout was spot on. Assembly took me around an hour including reading instructions.

I had reservations that infared light wouldn’t compete with a traditional sauna but I can honestly say I do not feel robbed one bit. It is a different heat but the outcome is the same and I feel the benefit from 40 degrees upwards.

The Bluetooth speaker is a fantastic addition so I put on a podcast or some music and half an hour flies by.

In summary I highly recommend it if you can afford it.

Wanted a nice looking easy to use sauna and ice bath. That’s exactly what I have. It was seamless experience for me. Enquired through instagram after seeing my old personal trainer Shaun Stafford has one in his garden. 2 x world fitness model. He told me about the benefits and it’s really benefitting me too. I work and train very hard so it’s important to get that full relaxation before I go to bed. I suffered for years with broken sleep which was hard at times to keep my focus but I am finding the sauna is helping me with this and I’m feeling as good as ever at the age of 45. I would not like to lose this luxury I now have in my garden and it looks great too. All I can say is keep up the good work. Thanks!

AVOID MyoMaster products. The quality does not match the price, and customer service was extremely disappointing.
I bought one of their chillers and it stopped working just two weeks after the 1-year warranty expired (no option of extended warranty). Despite already spending over £750 on their products, they refused to try and repair or replace it unless I paid another £250 as a “gesture of goodwill.”
They also do not return emails or calls, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
There seems to be no loyalty or support for existing customers once they have your money. In my experience, the chillers clearly have reliability issues — which may explain why they are often heavily discounted.
Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend.

My Myo Master ice bath and chiller has genuinely become one of the most positive changes I’ve ever made to my lifestyle. What started as “I’ll give this a try” slowly turned into a daily ritual that now feels as essential as brushing my teeth. I’m currently on over 470 consecutive days of doing 5 minutes every single day, through freezing mornings, dark winter nights and everything in between. ❄️🌊

The benefits for me have been huge, both physically and mentally. One of the biggest things it’s given me is routine and consistency. No matter what kind of day I’m having, I know I’ve already done something difficult before most people have even opened their curtains. That sense of discipline spills into everything else in life.

For the first 100 days I was doing it the hard way using a freezer and frozen 2 litre bottles. It was constant rotating, freezing, carrying bottles around and trying to keep the temperature low enough. It worked, but it felt like running an industrial penguin sanctuary out the back garden. The Myo Master chiller completely changed the experience. Now the water stays consistently below 2°C with minimal effort, which removes all the hassle and makes staying committed so much easier.

I’ve also noticed a huge improvement in recovery. Whenever I exercise or do anything physical, I recover much quicker and don’t get that same heavy soreness the following day. I feel fresher, looser and ready to go again far sooner than before.

I know some people worry about the running costs of a chiller, but honestly I haven’t noticed a major impact on my energy bills at all. And even if it did add a bit extra each month, the physical and mental benefits I’ve gained from it would still make it worth every penny.

If you’re considering getting into cold water therapy properly and want consistency without the constant messing around with ice and frozen bottles, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Myo Master enough.

Have loved my MyoIce cold plunge with the chiller and Myozone. Whether early mornings before work or after a football session the cold plunge has been amazing for my physical and mental health. Quality of the products is excellent and when my Myozone failed the team replaced it quickly under warranty. Been really impressed with Myomaster and am soon aiming to purchase their Lux sauna which looks great and very reasonably priced compared to other companies. Highly recommend. I bought the Myochiller and filter system about 2 years ago. It was straightforward to fit and allows me to use my bath EVERY morning throughout the year. I use the 5 min cold daily dip for deep breathing and it is like a sort of meditation. Afterwards I feel more positive and energise but still somehow relaxed.

I’ve been doing a cold plunge 6 days a week for the last 3 years. As a result my Crohn’s disease has been in remission for the last 2 years. I haven’t always had the myochill so summers use to be tough. But now my water is 0.5 degrees in the hotter months and minus in the winter. I wouldn’t be without it.

I bought the MyoChill chiller to fit onto a custom made oak barrel ice tub, it came with all the bits to hook up to anything, plugged straight in and took no time at all to setup.
I use my ice tub for sciatica relief and it sorts me out for 2-3 days but I also was surprised at how well my anxiety has managed since ice tubbing, I live for it now!
I did have a pump failure and MyoChill sent a replacement within 2 days. I’ve had mine on now 24/7 for almost a year and it hasn’t skipped a beat. Great product, great service and I’d buy again.

I bought the myo chill with cold plunge and myo classic sauna last year in the black Friday sale.

Delivery was delayed due to high demand but communication was prompt. Always kept informed of delivery details.

Setting up was easy enough using the you tube tutorials (very helpful)

Been using them now for a few months and very happy, only issue I had was with the myo classic sauna the bench is at the same height as the stove so although my body was hot my feet were cold. I have managed to retro fit a higher bench with a step to combat this so I'm now feeling the full benefits of the sauna.

Very happy with my purchases and dealing with the team.

Only looses one star due to the issue with the sauna and if you were not confident enough to DIY the changes you would suffer cold feet in the sauna.

I have both the myochill and myosauna and can honestly say they both been worth every penny.
Whenever i had problem with the chiller myo master have been quick to help and send out new parts no charge, their customer is outstanding and am glad i brought these products fron cause they are so reliable

Since owning the MYOFreeze & Chill it has been a complete game changer when it comes to my post exercise recovery. This now forms my daily routine to also help reduce stress and clear the mind after a long day at work.

I would also like to mention that the aftercare is second to none too when I received a replacement Chiller after mine had failed and every effort was made to get another Chiller out to me promptly.
