Excellent product - everybody who sees it comments on the look and workmanship in the build. Early days but already in a routine and use daily - time to relax and enjoy the heat - sleeping at night time is not a problem anymore and feel so relaxed. Listen to music or podcasts through blue tooth and great lighting - highly recommend

Love this sauna, quality is great, easy to put together, well priced.
I have found that as a student nurse, I can come home from a stressful day in the hospital, and part of my daily routine to de stress is my 30 min infared sauna, just feeling great.

I have been going into the river for cold dips for almost 5 years now and the last two years very regular.

I always thought a chiller was very expensive until spring 2025 I started missing the daily cold food and decided to investituur money si I could benefit from the cold exposure even when the river water was to warm.

I own my chiller almost a year now and it’s the best investment I’ve made in years. Thanks to myochill I was able to stop my ADHD medication cause cold dips have the same effect without all the nasty side effects.

I always do a cold dip before I go to the gym and doing it daily significantly improved my well being. I clean the water every week normally but recently I’ve purchased the ozone cleaner which keep the water quality good a lot longer. I can recommend the chiller to anyone because the cold water benefits are many

Great service. Had a minor issue with royal mail being slow to update their delivery info. Then once the product arrived I didn't fully understand how it was supposed to work. Grace was really helpful though and explained it all. I'm now all set up and would happily recommend MyoMaster.

I had my Myo Master for just under 2 years and it has never missed a beat - until it suddenly stopped working - contacted customer services (Rachelle) and they sent a replacement out straight away - no cost - no quibble - and it arrived within 48 hours - really great product and excellent customer service!

Great one person sauna, seems well made and putting it together was easy.
Having recently purchased it, I’m yet to fully appreciate the long term health benefits but I certainly feel invigorated after using it.

Great product, easy to put together and very affordable. I use it almost every evening and has become a routine to help unwind and makes me feel great after. I was sceptical that an infrared sauna would not be as good as a traditional one as it doesn’t get as hot, but the heat is different and I wouldn’t want it any hotter, the last 10 minutes of a 30 minute session is hard and I am dripping with sweat! Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer experience. After an issue with my product, Rachelle in customer services was super helpful and responsive. Delighted with my experience and would wholeheartedly recommend MyoMaster.

Not much really, only 1 box was initially delivered after a long wait, then the delivery drivers didn't understand a word I said.

I recently purchased the MYO Infrared Sauna and overall I’m really pleased with it so far.

The sauna arrived in just 4 days, which was great. Unfortunately, when I opened the box I discovered that one of the glass panels in the door had been broken during transit. There were actually footprints on the box itself, so I’m fairly certain the damage happened with the delivery firm rather than the manufacturer.

I contacted MYO straight away and their customer service was excellent. They immediately arranged for a replacement door to be sent out, and it arrived just 4 days later. Really quick and efficient service, which I appreciated.

Assembly was surprisingly easy and straightforward, and once it was set up it looked fantastic. I especially love how it looks at night when it’s lit up, and the built-in speaker is a really nice touch.

I’ve only just started using the sauna, mainly for overall body support including cardio, weight loss and joint health, but first impressions are very positive.

Overall, despite the delivery hiccup, the quick response from MYO and the quality of the sauna itself have made this a great experience so far. Looking forward to getting plenty of use out of it!

This sauna has been an absolute game changer.

The delivery was on time, the sauna came packaged with easy instructions and assembly was a breeze.

The sauna has changed my daily routine and my skin has never felt better! The speakers inside mean that you can listen to your favourite podcast and unwind. The red light is my favourite so far and I come out without feeling any stress.

Highly recommend, it feels like my house is a spa now!

I’ve had my infrared sauna for 6 weeks now and I can’t quite believe the difference it has made to my overall health and well being. I suffer from acute psoriatic arthritis which has been so debilitating for me over the past few years. I’ve tried every possible treatment and other than biologic therapy drugs which put a huge strain on my immune system, nothing has helped me at all. I love sport and training so not being able to do the sports I love has been brutal. Your sauna has helped me so much, I was able to play rugby and golf agin for the first time in years. Happy doesn’t cover it. I’m elated and so so grateful I found your sauna. Huge thanks. Gary H

My MyoMaster is amazing, it helps keep me relaxed, and refreshed as the perfect temperature helps not only aches and muscles strain, it clears ones breathing as the heat makes breathing so much better.

Now I'm calmer and relaxed every day.

I've had some issues with the pump on my Myochill units, and customer service have been extremely unhelpful. Every time I've contacted the team, nobody on the phone or email seems to actually know the product, they just give you the general advice which they're literally reading off the website, then ask you to send videos, which they give to their Chinese manufacturer and then come back with exactly the same advice.

I've asked specific questions of how to work around some of the limitations of the Myochill, and once again just receive the same patronising, copy & paste responses, seemingly barely reading my email or giving any thought to my situation or what I'm asking. All I want is to speak to somebody who actually knows the product, I feel sorry for the customer service reps who clearly haven't been trained properly
