I just wanted to say what a first class service I have received from My Money Matters, this level of efficiency and pleasantness is so rare these days. My call was answered quickly, the lady, Sandra was a pleasure to deal with and my request to amend my A.V.C contributions was sorted there and then, a faultless service in every way!! cannot recommend highly enough, a massive thank you!!

I contacted mymoneymatters via e-mail initially to make an amendment to my pension contributions. I received a prompt response with clear instructions on how to increase my contributions via the website.
Due to a difficulty caused by Payroll registering my account with a different e-mail address I was unable to complete the process. I spoke with Nirin on the telephone and he was friendly and knowledgeable and processed my request within minutes.
