From the time their representative came to measure and quote, all the personel were knowlegable and polite, which made it a plesent experience. The installer was a very pleasant man who just got on with the job, cleanly and efficiently. The price for a very good quality stannah lift was very good value for money. The only reason for the four stars, is the amount of so called courtesy calls, to see if you wanted to buy after being given the quote, but this was standard for all the companys we had quotes from

Within a few days of enquiring about a stairlift my Dad is happily and safely travelling up and down his stairs. The process was very simple. I had a call to book in a friendly visit from Simon Hazael to come and measure up and work out which stairlift was most suitable. Dad made his decision, paid the deposit and 24 hours later a lovely lad called Alfie came and installed our chosen reconditioned Stanner and ran through how it all worked. Once he knew we were happy we paid the balance. Fast, friendly service. Would definitely recommend them.

Chair lift review
The surveyer who came Julie. Was first class. Explained everything in detail. Gave me a quote. Went through every item and cost. I felt so reassured. So professional compared with other companies we dealt with. And we’re getting chair lift installed in 5 days. What more could you want. Can not praise her enough.

Fantastic Company from start to finish quick to come out and measure and fast clean install that cost a fraction of the other so called market leaders.

Ordered stairlift paid over £1775 never heard anything
Ordered stairlift paid over £1775 in deposit over phone, money came out straight away, but a week later still no email to say I have paid, no phone calls to arrange appointment. Cancelled my contract now waiting on refund. Paid by credit card so if not refunded on time will contact bank.
Very disappointed, sales man was good but let down after. We have all phone calls recorded as well.
13/10 25, called customer service as told to, no call back, no help, no response, no refund.
Please save yourself from the hassle of dealing with this company. 3 emails now sent still no reply.

Darren came to assess for a stairlift that we needed. From the outset Darren was warm friendly and very helpful. Darren gave me all the information and support and discussed safety issues and put my mind at ease helping me come to an informed decision. I was very happy with employing the company to fit my stairlift and they are coming in a few days what a relief!
