I had originally posted a review where I praised the company and the products. This was based on a specific item and very positive experience with that specific transaction.
Sadly I was so pleased with my experince, I choose to purchase an additional item for my spouse. The following review is based on this transaction and my after the sale interactions.
I purchased a Stockholm Moissanite 1ct Intertwined Heart Necklace on 9/14 as a gift for my spouse. Upon receipt, the stones appeared dull, and the quality fell short of what was advertised on the vendor’s website.
The vendor agreed to exchange it for a Helsinki Moissanite 1ct Heart Halo Necklace, which they recommended as a much nicer option that my spouse would love. Unfortunately, the replacement was equally disappointing and did not match the beauty depicted online.
I requested a refund but was denied because the vendor considers dissatisfaction with the product’s quality and appearance a matter of “personal preference.” They have offered yet another exchange, but after two disappointing experiences, my spouse has declined.
I commend the customer support representatives I dealt with for being courteous and professional. However, the company’s return policy is unacceptable. Customers should not be left with products that fail to meet their expectations based on the company’s advertising, with no option for a refund.

I AM OBSESSED!!!! I cannot express my satisfaction with this company enough. At first, when I saw it online, I was skeptical… thinking how can it look real?
Well, not only does it look real, my own jeweler could not tell the difference between mine and his!!! He said it is AMAZING quality! I have ordered 10 pieces so far and give them to select people who will share in the appreciation of them. 🤩 I wore the diamond necklace and bracelet to my brother’s wedding and everyone complimented me (of course, thinking they were real diamonds).
Customer service is incredible!!! I had a small issue with one of the bracelets and they immediately replaced it… no questions asked. I have just placed my 4th order for holiday gifts. Right now it’s buy 2 get 1 free!!! 😱

When my bracelet arrived it was broken. Well they made that right immediately with no questions asked! Within a week I had a beautiful new bracelet.
