Pretty shocking- ordered in march (#26632). Had tracking sent. Tracking says there is an exception. The tracking isn’t the company the link goes to either. Have emailed three times now and nothing back

As for the below I will happily share the emails. Sent when you asked to to review my experience. If something has gone missing the. Surely you would know?

But you MUST have had an email. Or is it my job to do your job now?

It’s pretty shoddy all round.

Arrived in good condition as advertised. There were a couple of edges that needed some light sanding but was minor.

It was a little pricey but well worth it for the quality of the products. Setting up the shikifuton was really simple and I may end up getting a second one soon.

Absolutely lovely for my tea ceremony! I feel like I’m in Japan all over again!

The teapot is just beautiful just as shown on the website, very happy with the quality as described.

Hard to know the size if u have not a tape beside u,.. perhaps showing it beside an average hand size would be useful. It was my mistake, I actually ordered from estimation... 😆 Wouldn't advise it! A dessert table spoon I was after, I got a teaspoon!!

i’m only giving it a two cause the hand fan was what i expected but the hoodie was meant to be a 4XL and is more like a 1XL and the colour are completely different there light pastel pink tones on the photo and it’s come and it’s almost neon with green which is depicted in the photos , feels cheap too

Most of my order was missing from the parcel. The company refunded me for this after picking up my review here.

Love what I ordered!

Excellent quality product - very impressed

I ordered some clothes, as gifts for my friends. They all arrived a size bigger. When I got in touch with their customer service department they wrote "We usually send one size larger because, being Asian sizes, they tend to run smaller than usual." That information wasn't on their website when I purchased the items or as I write this review. I actually took the time to look at the measurements of the clothes and I ordered the correct sizes, so they caused more harm than good.
They offered to exchange the items of course, but I had to wait double the time to get what I ordered.
Also two of the parcels that they sent were delivered at the wrong address. I understand that this is the shipping company's responsibility, but the labels on the parcels were barely visible, as if they had been printed on a printer running low on ink.
The clothes were alright, but nothing special, I was able to find similar designs at other webpages, much cheaper. Like others have said, they were all shipped from China.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend them.

Excellent customer service and making size adjustments as requested with no fuss or bother. Highly recommend
