First time ordering from My Jam. Frozen items were well packed and insulated.
Will use again.

Although the meat was not processed by My Jam after we sorted it out the outcome of the cooking was delicious and excellent. Very disappointed to receive the meat with no preparation whatsoever. Shame my emails were read too late.

Great selection and great customer service, DPD had lost half the order but MyJam sorted it all out.

I love the concept and the range of food they offer which you wouldn’t normally find elsewhere, however, I would have bought more often from MyJam if the delivery fees weren’t so high, for example, I bought something for £4 and the delivery fee was £6, which really wouldn’t be worth it if I hadn’t bought more of the product

I placed an order containing a range of middle eastern bits and bobs and was surprised that there were no substitutions/cancellations. I fully expected some things to not be available, but everything turned up right on time, beautifully packaged. Will definitely use this shop again.

I make order by 158€ , but i didn't receive only bcz i miss to write the house number although i put my postcode and my phone number … when i contact the customer service they apologize and say we will wait you to order again 🤣

Very good choice of items from different cultures. The website is easy to use. I found (food) items here that I've struggled to find elsewhere. Great for those of us that have multiple ethnicities and want a taste of home or for those that want to try something new! Items were as described, good quality and well packaged. Good value for money and fast shipping. I'm very pleased!
