One item wasn't available
One item wasn't available, I thought ok, like asda, I'll just get a refund soon, within two days I had the item that wasn't available. I was blown away, I'm a recent revert, and didn't have alot of money for meat, so this meant ALOT to me. Inshallah many blessings come to your company.

Products okay, despite legal issues, customer services not great
Two items were not packed on order despite saying they were. Contacted to complain and they indirectly hinted we made a mistake. Also said one product was not available. They did promptly replace all items but the service was not as I would expect. A lot of products had no ingredient information or dates I do not think this is legal.
