The rolled and stuffed lamb joint was excellently prepared. I thought that the cost of delivery was a bit expensive until the item arrived. The packaging alone justified the cost. The joint arrived o time, as promised, and was still chilled. Excellent product, excellent service.

Very fast delivery, kept informed about my order. Real fresh products, well handled and packed.

Excellent service - food delivered well-packaged and the fresh food was in a clever foil wrap with re-usable ice blocks. Really enjoyed our lahmacun and great to be able to restock the pantry with spices and sauces at a reasonable price.

What a great business this is. Super speedy delivery. Possibly the best packaging I have ever received; so safe and well protected. Customer service is first class too. I had a question prior to shipping and it was answered instantly, knowledgeably and very politely.

Packaging and speed of delivery was excellent. However, I had explicitly requested that my item choices were not replaced by similar items if my choices were not available. MyJam responded to my request assuring me it would not happen. It did. I received two jars of jam I didn’t order. If I walk into a bar and order a pint of Stella Artois and the barman poured me a pint of Heineken and said, what’s your problem, it’s all lager, he could e assured I wouldn’t pay him a penny. It’s all fig jam I guess, is the attitude. Shame.

The quality of meat is really good and there was no issues with delivery etc. I will definitely order from them again.

The shop is very diverse and has everything I need - even hard to find products from back home! Everything can very well packaged, meat is fresh and everything is well in date. Delivery was on time and overall a great experience!

Ordered different varieties of sausages thinking they were made by myjam. However, they are all sourced from different suppliers, this wasn’t what I expected. The Moroccan lamb sausages lacked salt which affected the flavour.
Chicken sausages were nice. Haven’t tried others. Not sure if I will order again.

Excellent apart from one piece of fruit wasn’t good and one piece of veg. I would probably stick with meat and frozen produce

I liked the product: meat and yam. The yam was so good and tasted made me remember my country. I don’t use too much minced meat I just gave it to try and I loved it. I’ll buy again, but I have to find someone to associate, because the minimum to spend for one person is too much. Anyway all products are great 👍🏿 . Come to try.

The communication is very good as are the products. Maybe a better working relationship with the delivery company DPD I am a pensioner with limited mobility, needing a walking frame to get around. The driver rang my intercom for me to open the access control but ditntbwait for me to do it leaving the parcel in the entrance to the building. It takes me less than a minute to get to the intercom. Not only is the entrance open to the public anyone passing could see my boxed delivery and take it if so minded but I had great difficulty picking the box up and getting it back to my flat. This is a failing of the couriers not My Jam.

Roomy cheese **EDITED**
So I had 3 packs of roomy cheese, 2 of them were with black peppers, the taste was horrible and you can't separate the slices, they were sticking. Further, the cheeses had very small white spots. I ended up throwing them in the food bin. Lastly, I ordered Egyptian sausages and they were good.

EDIT: in less than 24 hours I received a call from Badr, he was very professional and handled well my complain, thank you so much Badr for your professionalism and your prompt action. I will always be a customer of MyJam ❤️
