We have been customers of MyBadges since 2006. We have a repeating order for personalized lanyards, badge inserts, and plastic cases. We have always been pleased with the service, the quality, and the price. On one occasion there was a problem with the ink used on our lanyards. It was brought to the attention of MyBadges and the entire order was replaced immediately. They also have a very innovative yet simple storage/carrying case for name badges that makes set up at a training or event as simple as putting a display case on a table. We have had other companies approach us as well as event planners asking where we get our supplies from and we are always happy to say MyBadges.

We use badge holders for a large all volunteer organization. I couldn't find the correct size badge holders from the local big box so I went searching online and found MyBadges.com. They make it simple to get the right badge holder and clips. They are very responsive and get the product to you quickly. The only improvement I would suggest is true online ordering and payment capability however, they are so responsive to an order online, it is a minor issue. We have been using their products for about three years.

My only dissapointment is the range of colours on the website. I ordered Ruby Red and Fuchsia for ribbons (plus 3 more colours) and these colours are almost identical. It did not show on the website. I wished somebody had called to inform me the colours are similar. Everything else went very smoothly and I am happy with the product itself.

Each time I've called Mybadges with questions, they have been very helpful and friendly. Their samples arrived promptly and wasn't followed by annoying follow-ups (emails or phone calls). My final order arrived ahead of schedule, was well-packaged and the lanyards were exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this company and their lanyards. They have a variety of colours at reasonable prices.

The badges were fine. Couldn't order on line, had to wait until they were in the office and call them. They themselves were easy to deal with on phone.

They sent by Fed Ex immediately though they said would arrive at end of week. Unfortunately, I was away for the week when I called and they arrived before I could get back. Had unfavorable experience with Fed Ex. They wouldn't deliver without a signature, and threatened to send back if I didn't arrange immediate pickup. I found option of having them delivered to local Walgreens, and picked up there. Way too much trouble.

couldn't have been faster for me in googling the phone number to Mybadges, placing the call and having the order prepared and on it's way. I'm sure it was less than 5 minutes total and everything was on it's way to me.
