The box arrived mangled and the motor inside had mud all over it for some reason. It is still working, but it looks like the box was thrown into a drying machine.

Purolator waste of time
Purolator. Did not even attempt to deliver package. Waited at home all day, now I have to go pick it up because driver left at pick up point. Did not ring door bell, did not leave delivery notice.

The parts were easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. The cost of shipping is significant which was a deterrent. If I could find the parts locally, I would, which is only do to the shipping cost. It doubled the cost of the product.

As well, I was charged twice for the item which impacted the credit available on my card even though the second charge was automatically refunded. Apart from that, everything else was good. Delivery was as promised and was easy to track.

Always can find the part you need and sight is easy to use.
On the down side prices are a bit higher and shipping is crazy but the quick shipping is sometimes worth it.
