Last year I purchased eco-friendly shopping bags also. Another company had the same product for $1 less each bag and $15 less for the art set up charge this year. The customer service person wouldn't even ask a supervisor to match the cost. I was simply told no. I bought my eco-friendly bags from the other company. Same great product, better price.

I had a conference and had ordered with another company only to find out that my custom holders were the wrong ones. Thinking it was too late, I desperately called MyBadges and they were super cooperative and understanding. I ended up getting my holders (rush production) a day before my event, good quality, good packaging and with a packing slip signed by the shipper to ensure the correct products were sent to me.
