Fake products. It’s a scam. Avoid
Order arrived 3 weeks after it was placed even though the website states delivery is usually between 4-9 business days. When order was finally received, the only product that wasn’t sealed was the oil cleanser. I tried some on my hand but the consistency was that of water. After doing some searching on google I came across a lot of people comparing fake products to the original and that’s when I realised I had been scammed. I even emailed Anua and they confirmed that this website does not stock the original items. I contacted myanua for a refund and they advised me to use these products for 7-10 days to see if I …‘experienced the desired results and if after this period I am still not satisfied then they would gladly offer me a full refund.’ I didn’t use the products as suggested and I messaged them a week later asking for a refund. Their response, ‘…since the products have been opened and used, they can offer me a 50% refund.’ I emailed them back telling them the products are unused and I want a full refund but now they are ignoring my emails. I have had to go through my bank to try and get my money back. Save yourself your money and a headache and avoid this website. It’s a scam.

It came after 1 month of ordering.secondly the oil cleanser isn’t oil, it’s like water with fragrance and the foam is weird. Thirdly the moisturizer makes my skin dry and rough. But the toner and niacinamide are good

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Its rather sad that they imitated the original Anua company and made a clone account which we were all deceived. The items received were all faked compared to the original items I had gotten from the real anua from Korea. This company MyAnua ships from china which was a red flag as the original ships from Korea 😔. I broke out terribly from these fake products, wrote them up but was totally ignored as expected.
Please save your money and buy from either the original company or boots. Don’t even get me started on their reviews on their website all fake and repetitive with different names saying the exact same three reviews🤦🏾♀️.
In conclusion, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ❗️❗️

My wife bought some of the products and saw her that it really works with her, was hesitant to use it as well as I've tried some products for my wrinkles but when I tried it, can't stop using it everyday. My wife and my siblings noticed the changes as I looked more younger, so, I also recommended to my siblings in other places and they are thankful that it also works with them. The product was not good for me. Massive pimple break out that refused to stop and the oil cleanser was not oil cleanser at all. It was more like water and did not remove any make up. Having used the anua oil cleanser before, this was no oil cleanser

Glow on first use
The products are so good so soft on the skin, I tried two type of Korean skin products and lucky Mysnua suited me, plus I got a very sensitive skin I felt that when I used the other products my skin was burning and instead of feeling soft and moisturised I had dry patches. But with Myanua it didn’t feel that way it was so gentle on the skin and you can see result the first time you use it your skin glows. Very happy with my purchase.
