I ordered a tube of vita c triple exfoliating facial, the tube is faulty, basically no matter how much I squeeze the tube no product comes out. I contacted customer services,
and was informed the product should be stored at room temperature of 36 degrees!!! If
It still didn’t ‘budge’ then massage the tube. I asked for a refund, Freeport address given but after reading the paragraph below, which I’ve copied and pasted from the email they sent, I’ve decided it’s not worth the hassle, all in all a very poor customer experience.

‘Please note that we have recently had a few problems with post office staff refusing to accept parcels addressed FREEPOST Murad as they believe the address is incomplete. If you have this problem please tell the member of staff the following FREEPOST Murad is a licensed address and under no circumstances should Royal Mail staff make any changes to the address. If they are unsure, the Royal Mail staff member should contact their helpdesk who will confirm the address’.

Just want to say what excellent customer service murad have. There was an issue with my order emailed and had a response within the stated 24hrs mila was excellent and resolved the issue promptly very very happy.

I ordered the Murad Rapid Spot Correcting Serum straight away following Sali Hughes’ glowing report on IG. Was delighted to see there was a special offer available: a free gift worth £75 with my purchase. Massive bonus! Bungled the check out process and contacted Customer Service. Katie immediately sent me out my missing item which arrived at the same time as my main order, absolutely chuffed! The City Defense SPF goes on a treat, leaving a lovely matt base and the Environmental Shield sinks in beautifully leaving a slight tingle, with the promised immediate glow. Vitamin C do thy work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an allergic reaction and not only did they provide me a skincare virtual consultation with their HEAD OF UK TRAINING they are also sending a replacement as recommended by the expert. Very impressed!!

I have used Murad for several years and I think the products are great. Recently there have been couple of hiccups with my order and Katie B from customer services has been helping me. She was brilliant. My complaints were dealt with in a friendly, efficient and empathetic manner.I wish all customer service people were like Katie. She is a credit to Murad and I hope they’re very proud of her.

There was an error with my order where the wrong size item was delivered. I emailed the customer service team and Anmol dealt with my query quickly and the correct items were despatched which I then received the next day. Can’t fault Murad. Will definitely order direct from Murad again.
