Prompt response to query with satisfactory outcome. Excellent service.

This product is expensive and didn't reduce my dark circles after using it for 6 months. I had a slight improvement on dark circles the first two weeks, and that's where it stopped. This is not a cheap product.

My enquiry was answered very quickly and was comprehensive and polite. I would not hesitate to use this company again

Told customer service that the eye patch drips and runs down the face and reacts with face cream and burns the skin. Instead of refunding me, customer service gave me 20% discount on next order. What a joke.

Burnt my skin, poor customer service.

Told them that the Retinol eye patches gave me a retinol burn after it flowed down my upper cheeks and reacted severely with my face cream. Customer service blamed me for using face cream and refused to refund me. There was no warning on the product that it is liquid and flows down the cheeks and may react severely with face cream. Instead, customer service insisted that their product is high-quality and refused to refund me.

The ingredients may be high-quality but the mode of delivery is cheap -- it flows down the cheeks because it is just a piece of paper soaked in liquid, unlike other branded eye patches that are self-contained in gel or micro-needle form that do not flow and react severely with face cream.

Despite the products, in which I selected, not agreeing with my skin, I was able to speak with a lovely adviser who listened to my concerns and quickly resolved the issue. I will definitely be staying with Murad procures and reccommend this brand and company for its excellent service and great products.

My experience with Murad's customer service has been nothing short of perfect. So much so that I feel compelled to write my first ever brand review. Reshma, was fantastic and understanding with an issue I had and was very willing in resolving. I was reassured by the extremely prompt and detailed responses to my questions. I have been shopping medical-grade and luxury skincare for may years, and Murad has easily proven to have the best customer experience. I had a problem with the delivery of a product (DPD really messed!) and the lovely Eva from Murad was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. She even offered me the product free as a gesture of goodwill which came much appreciated. I absolutely adore murads products and I can’t fault there customer service either!

Although the product didn’t agree with my skin type, Murad couldn’t have been more helpful. Rapid responses and very positive resolution with full refund.

Good products but customer service could do with substantial improvement. Please take note of other companies responses to queries and subsequent promotions not applied immediately at time of check out. Other companies are willing to go above and beyond to assist- Murad are certainly not one of those companies.

I got a Murad product as a free sample, ever since then I have been addicted! They are the first skincare products that I consistently get great results with. I use a selection of items from their 4 core ranges and they are all fab!
I use the Hydration range as my go to daily regime and the retinol youth range at night. I also have the blemish control ranges to fight off breakouts and have started exploring the new environmental shield range.
I've recently dealt with the customer experience team after noticing a free item was missing from my order confirmation. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Its great to see such fab customer service.
I will, and do, recommend Murad to all my friends!
